Abstract. In this paper, we study the existence of solutions for a coupled system of two-point fractional ∇ -difference boundary value problems of the form Mathematics subject classification (2010): 34A08, 39A12, 34A12, 34B15, 39A10.
We study the inverse generalized eigenvalue problem (IGEP) Ax = λBx, in which A is a Jacobi matrix with positive off-diagonal
entries ci>0, and B = diag(b1,b2,...,bN), where
bi≠0 for i = 1,2,...,N. We use the concept of
m-functions to solve the IGEP, which corresponds to the
continuous case of the inverse problem.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
