The political parties that emerge in Indonesia have a distinct catch-all character; they are dependent on individual figures and lack a defined socioeconomic foundation. For political parties, the regeneration process has become a struggle. Because certain political parties lack a clear regeneration system, oligarchic recruiting is a common occurrence. Religious affiliations, local links, local commonalities, and proximity to political party leaders all have a role in recruitment trends. This research aims to explain the role of the under bow of the political party on regeneration. This is a legal-normative study that relies on secondary data. The research material is divided into three categories: primary, secondary, and tertiary. The following factors, according to this study, influence political party regeneration and recruitment: 1) political dynasty has an impact on unhealthy regeneration; 2) political dowry has an impact on unhealthy competition among political party members; and 3) popularity factor has an impact on how quickly people can become political party members. Political parties' inability to recruit and regenerate has an impact on their capacity to fulfill their role as the primary source of national leadership selection. Alternative solutions to these problems include strengthening the under bow of political parties. The existence of under bow of political parties will aid in the transmission of political party doctrine. Political parties will be rewarded with the best members who will fight for their vision and goals. Furthermore, the under bow of political parties can serve as educational institutions for potential members before they join the party.
Competence dispute which involves independent state organs occur several times in Indonesia has an impact on obstruction of competence. Several cases of competence dispute which involve independent state organ have been submitted to the Constitutional Court but not all have been granted. This study aims to examined the concern of competence dispute which involves independent state organ and factors of independent state organ can fulfill the subjectum litis criteria of SKLN in Constitutional Court. The research method is normative by using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, collected from library research. This research analytical data use the statute approach and case approach. The results of this study indicate that the authority of the Constitutional Court does not specifically regulate state institutions that can be subjectum Litis SKLN in the Constitutional Court, there is a gap accommodated by the Constitutional Court in several decisions.
Abstrak: Program ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas lurah. Program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan pemerintahan kalurahan yang efektif, professional, dan bertanggung jawab. Program tersebut berupa seleksi tambahan untuk mengetahui wawasan dan kapasitas calon lurah. Oleh karena itu, program tersebut dirancang dalam bentuk tes tertulis dengan materi wawasan kebangsaan dan muatan lokal. Hasil dari program ini adalah kandidat terpilih memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang wawasan kebangsaan dan muatan lokal yang akan membantu calon lurah dalam menjalankan tugasnya jika terpilih.Abstract: This program has been implemented to increase head village capacity. The program aims are to form an effective, professional, and responsible urban village government. Those programs are in the form of additional selection to determine the knowledge and capacity of the village head candidates. Furthermore, those programs are designed in the form of a written test with materials on national insight and local content. The result of this program are the selected candidates have basic knowledge about national insight and local content which will assist the head village candidates in carrying out their work if elected.
Implement the simultaneous election in Indonesia has supported by the multiparty system. The multiparty system has an impact on the President’s leadership. In the formation of the cabinet, the President must accommodate political party coalition interest. One form of that accommodations occurs of the minister which came from the coalition political party. Different from the minister's interest background has an impact on the different policies each minister especially on COVID-19 handler in Indonesia. The research method is normative research with a case approach and concept approach. This research used secondary data that used primary, secondary, and tertiary materials. This research shows that the presidential cabinet in Indonesia is a cabinet which forms by multi-party coalitions. On multiparty coalition implementation of Kabinet Indonesia Maju 2019-2024, there were several times, the minister has different policy among the minister or with local governments such as the case of the ban on taking passengers for online biking and prohibition against homecoming. Different policies among the minister or with local government can be minimized by the President’s political leadership.
