The development of technology are getting faster must be accompanied by the ability to adapt to changes from manual to digital, in the field of education. The Industrial internships, independent projects, student exchanges, community service projects, humanitarian initiatives, and other programs are part of the Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka program, which was launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The various of Merdeka Belajar -Kampus Merdeka program got a variety of responses from the public, including positive, negative, and neutral remarks posted on social media. The existence of these comments is able to create a growing sentiment among the general public and academics. Based on these problems, the researchers used twitter comments as a data source to conduct a sentiment analysis on the implementation of their Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka program. The data from Twitter will be categorized into positive, negative, and neutral classes using the Naïve Bayes method, K-Nearest Neighboars, and Decision Tree. There was a total of 475 data points divided into two groups: training data and testing data. The training data accounts for 80% of the entire data, while the remaining 20% is used for testing, with an accuracy of 99.22% for Naïve Bayes, 96.90% for K-Nearest Neighboars, and 37.21% for Decision.
Social media is one of the many sources of data that can be extracted to obtain various information. In R Programming, there are thousands of packages that can be used to crawl social media data, both the default packages and the developer versions. Difficulty in extracting data will result in less than optimal research, so there is a need for adequate tools to support research. R Programming is able to become a bridge for researchers to explore existing tools, both by utilizing packages and building simple algorithms in R programming. Twitter data crawling is done through an API connection on Twitter with R Programming, so that we can get data by entering keywords according to the desired search both in realtime and at certain times as needed. With these packages it makes it easy to research in crawling social media data such as Twitter and other social media
In this study, the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method to determine the best sales at marketing company. The SAW method is considered appropriate in determining the best sales because the SAW method performs the weighted summation process of the performance rating on each alternative on all attributes. This research was conducted by determining the criteria, alternatives and weights, then carried out the matrix preparation process, calculating normalization and calculating preferences. So from the results of the calculation of preferences, a ranking process is carried out to determine the best alternative. The results of the study provide recommendations for the 6th alternative which has the highest value with a value of 0.879 being the best sales.
The pandemic makes the utilization and competition of information and communication technology has increased. One of the ways to maintain the existence of schools are publication media of more varied school information and teaching-learning activities media. The purpose of this training program is to provide additional expertise for creating inexpensive and fast publications media and teaching-learning media. The offered solution is the use of web logs from Google which is often known as Blogger. Blogger offers a free and easy web log feature. The training was carried out directly at the Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ngampel by using lectures and demonstrations method. There are several parts in this training, web log making, web log management, and also web log analysis. The results of this training show that the participants have succeeded in having their own web logs which are ready to be further managed and analyzed on a regular basis. The use of web logs can be used for various needs, including as a publication media and supporting teaching-learning activities.
Decision support system is the implementation of several decision-making theories by sciences such as operations research and management science. There are several differences, namely if in the past to find a solution to the problem at hand, iteration calculations had to be done manually or usually looked for the minimum, maximum, and optimum values, now Pc computers have offered the ability to solve the same problems in a relatively short time. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for collecting data on receipts of social assistance funds for poor families carried out by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. become more systematic and the right of recipients of social assistance funds is right for the people in need
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
