Kesadaran halal dan sertifikasi halal mempunyai peran penting untuk menghindari konsumen dari bentuk-bentuk penipuan pada suatu produk. Hal ini berdampak pada minat beli konsumen pada suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran halal dan sertifikat halal terhadap minat pada konsumen KFC di Kota Banda Aceh. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 kuesoner yang disebarkan pada konsumen KFC di Kota Banda Aceh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan regresi secara parsial dan regresi linear didapatkan hasil yang menggambarkan bahwa kesadaran halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan sertifikat halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Jadi, kesadaran halal dan sertifikat halal secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Produsen makanan diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kehalalan produk yang dijual, karena dapat menambah minat beli konsumen.

Halal tourism is an alternative in increasing the economy. Aceh is an area that has natural and cultural potential in the development of halal tourism. This study aims to analyze the potential and challenges of developing halal tourism in Aceh. Secondary data is used as the basis for obtaining qualitatively analyzed information. The results of the study indicate that there are several opportunities for developing halal tourism such as the majority of Acehnese are Muslim, the application of Islamic law, natural beauty and panoramas, interesting culture and history. In addition to opportunities, there are also challenges in the development of halal tourism, such as the lack of public understanding of the concept of halal awareness, geographical factors, demographic factors, factors of concern and seriousness from the government and the private sector, and infrastructure factors.

Asuransi Takaful is a company that engages in risk insurance services. In its operation, the company does not engage in forbidden businesses. However, the strategies in promoting the products may violate Islamic business ethics. This study is conducted to examine the implementation of the Islamic business ethics concept in promotion strategies at PT Asuransi Takaful of Banda Aceh Branch. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The Finding shows that PT. Asuransi Takaful has implemented tawḥid, ‘adl, ikhtiyār, farḍ, and iḥsān in the promotion strategies.
