This study aims at investigating teachers’ and students’perceptions of autonomous learning in English language teaching and to what extent the teachers foster students’ autonomous learning. A set of questionnaire was distributed to 30 English teachers and 283 third-year secondary school students in the provincial part of Indonesia. The participants in this study were randomly selected. Furthermore, to obtain the supplementary data, an interview was conducted to two students from each school. The findings indicate that albeit positive tenets on autonomous learning were held by both teachers and students, they still had inadequate understandings of what autonomous learning concepts are. In terms of exposing students to autonomous learning, the teachers possess highly-driven endeavor. This study ends with suggestions for teachers and teacher education programs.
This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use, consumer trust and advertising creativity on consumer buying interest in online buying and selling sites, Bukalapak.com. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting surveys and tests on 115 respondents. In the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The testing technique using the help of the SPSS 22 system. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows that the variables of consumer trust and advertising creativity have a significant effect on the performance variable. But the ease of use variable has no significant effect on performance variables. The conclusion of this study is that consumer trust and advertising creativity are the most dominant variables for buying interest.
This research is about liquid organic fertilizer made from papaya (Carica papaya L.). The aim is to study the proper dosage of liquid fertilizer for caisim mustard (Brassica juncea L.) which is carried out in April to May 2020 in the yard in Surya Adi Village, Mesuji District, OKI Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research uses a completely randomized design method (CRD), namely the administration of liquid papaya fruit fertilizer consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0 (without liquid organic fertilizer, as a control), P1 (150ml liquid organic fertilizer), P2 (200ml organic fertilizer liquid), P3 (250ml liquid organic fertilizer), P4 (300ml liquid organic fertilizer). The results showed that the response of Caisim mustard growth to the application of liquid papaya organic fertilizer in P3 treatment (250 ml liquid organic fertilizer) produced the highest average value of 39.6 cm, 15 leaves and 15.6 grams , while the lowest average value is the P0 treatment (without the provision of liquid organic fertilizer / control) that is equal to 34.5 cm, the number of leaves is 10.6 strands, and the wet weight is 85.2 gr.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin kerja karyawan pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak dan setelah menjadi karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Bont Technologies Nusantara dengan populasi adalah seluruh karyawan yang mengalami menjadi karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan 83 karyawan sebagai populasi pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sapel yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling dengan menggunakan alat bantu komputer, Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, menunjukan bahwa pengaruh status karyawan terhadap disiplin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ketidakhadiran mayoritas (74%) lebih baik pada saat menjadi karyawan kontrak. Dan mayoritas karyawan (83%) memiliki ketetapan waktu pada saat menjadi karyawan tetap. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa karyawan tersebut lebih baik pada saat menajdi karyawan tetap.
