Automated document citation classification could be a useful tool in maintaining systematic reviews of the efficacy of drug therapy. Further work is needed to refine the classification system and determine the best manner to integrate the system into the production of systematic reviews.

Greening the Grid provides technical assistance to energy system planners, regulators, and grid operators to overcome challenges associated with integrating variable renewable energy into the grid. 1 GREENING THE GRID Net Billing and Net Metering At its most basic, net metering allows electric customers who generate their own electricity to supply excess electricity back to the grid at a prescribed compensation rate. This compensation can range from a percentage of the retail rate or avoided cost up to full retail value for each kilowatt-hour. In the United States, compensation mechanisms vary across states and even across utilities within states. Lawmakers and utility regulators typically set the parameters for net metering and customer compensation. The Jamaican Net-Billing Pilot Program allows self-generating customers to sell limited amounts of electricity back to the utility at the avoided generation cost plus a 15% premium. This defines the net billing program as a type of net billing program. As such, most international net metering best practices apply to the Jamaican context.
