A indústria Farmacêutica é um mercado competitivo, complexo e de investimentos vultosos em pesquisa, desenvolvimento e produção de produtos farmacêuticos. Uma das principais estratégias da Indústria farmacêutica é a promoção de seus produtos junto à classe médica, através dos propagandistas de medicamentos, profissionais essenciais ao sucesso desta estratégia. O estudo objetivou comprovar a importância estratégica dos propagandistas de medicamentos e as competências necessárias para o bom desempenho desta profissão, de forma a garantir maior vantagem competitiva, e o sucesso destas organizações. Foram realizadas entrevistas individuais e semi-estruturadas e uma reunião de brainstorming, resultando na identificação de 46 competências, entre conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes, que os propagandistas atribuíram maior importância, sendo assim consideradas mais relevantes e essenciais para o desempenho das atividades dos propagandistas farmacêuticos sob suas perspectivas. THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY AND THE STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE OF THE PROPAGANDISTS OF DRUGS: STUDY WITH EMPLOYEES IN NATAL/RN ABSTRACTThe Pharmaceutical industry is a competitive, complex and major investment in research, development and production of pharmaceutical products. One of the main strategies of the pharmaceutical industry is the promotion of their products to the medical profession, through propagandists medicines, essential to the success of this strategy professionals. The study aimed to demonstrate the strategic importance of the propagandists of medicines and necessary for the proper performance of this profession skills, to ensure competitive advantage, and the success of these organizations. Semi-structured individual interviews, and a brainstorming meeting were held, resulting in the identification of 46 competencies, including knowledge, skills and attitudes which the propagandists attributed greater importance and therefore were deemed most relevant and essential to the performance of activities of pharmaceutical propagandists under its prospects.
Resumo: Este estudo objetivou identificar o nível de adoção das práticas de qualidade e a utilização de sistemas de gestão de qualidade em 22 concessionárias de veículos situadas em Natal/RN. Para tanto a metodologia Survey foi utilizada como instrumento de coleta estruturado em uma escala "Likert" e aplicado aos Gerentes Operacionais de cada organização, possibilitando responder o objetivo proposto. Os resultados demonstraram que 20 concessionárias obtiveram nível de adoção as práticas de qualidade entre quatro "bom" e cinco "muito bom", destas 17 adotam sistemas de gestão da qualidade. Conclui-se que a maioria destas organizações possuem níveis de qualidade satisfatórios, tendo a alta direção comprometida a desenvolver e aplicar políticas de qualidade, realizando melhorias necessárias nos processos, buscando garantir conformidade de seus produtos e aumentar a satisfação de seus clientes. Portanto acredita-se que as concessionárias de Natal/RN estão prontas e capacitadas a oferecer produtos e serviços de qualidade mundial. This work aims to verify how the Web portals of Universities Hospital located in the northeast of Brazil are contributing to the expansion of knowledge of its users from the analysis of interactive features associated with the three mechanisms of knowledge management: knowledge access (KA), knowledge creation (KC), and knowledge transfer (KT). The study is exploratory, descriptive, and qualitative type, such as a survey, developed through an adaptation of a relevant research, which involves the standardization of data collection instruments (questionnaires and interviews) applied directly to persons of a specific population, to assess knowledge management tools present in the University Hospital portals in the northeast region of Brazil. The results indicated that the resources from knowledge access were more prevalent than the others, ratifying the results found in research developed in Asian and North American Hospital portals.
