Tumours İn NeckTumour in the neck is a commoıı pathological condition, that can be diagnosed by physicians from different branches of medicine. A neck lump must be considered a malignant tumor unless proven otherwise and the primary site of a possible metastasis must be searched by means of a complete otolarvngologic examination before a diagnostic biopsy is performed. In our experience 51,3 % of the patient's neck tumours were neoplastic. 33 % were infectious and 14.5 % were kongenital in origin. Patients with neck lumps (n : 330), that were treated in our clinic in a time period of 6 years were presented and the subject was discussed.
