We aimed to clarify the transition and relation of the water management system which is considered to be the priority development in the process of establishment of the village have the strongest relation with the land use. The transition can be divided into 3 phases, and it turns out that there are two conditions that as a factor of diversion of a field, (1) access from a private house is bad, (2) not cooperate with owned field. Furthermore, it was found that it is important to look at this condition on a water management system basis in considering future village conservation.
In this paper, it is described about town planning education through night landscape formation with light up as project-based learning by fusion of intellectual information engineering and urban design. Concrete opinion on satisfaction of town development education showed that it was experience and its process from planning to implementation. In addition, it was clarified that the significance of this PBL was not only to create beautiful night landscape but also to create opportunities for interaction with visitors and collaborators, awareness of thinking and touching about town planning.
