This is a project with objectives to study and to apply the surface of the hardware and software part of the panel with LED diode lamps. Much more is focused on the programming of LED matrix diodes located on 16×96 electronic panels, respectively 16 rows of 96 columns. Also, there is elaborated the study of the mode of operation, composition, coding and use of software for panel diodes. In the focus of all this is the introduction of diode panels in use at "Kadri Zeka" University exactly at the Faculty of Computer Science to provide digital information to students, professors or anyone passing through the premises of the university what is happening inside the classrooms of the Faculty of Computer Science. This happens in real time in accordance with the schedule of lectures and exercises in the respective classrooms of the FCS. In fact, this project explains in detail the concept of LED diodes and microcontrollers, their features, operation, power supply and work with 0 [VDC] and 5 [VDC] voltages, respectively 0 and 1 logic bits. Meanwhile, the project also explains how coding, software building that locks, and unlocks LED diodes on a 96×16 LED diode panel, thereby producing text on the panel (display, screen) in static, mobile, animation or up-down, left and right movements according to the time allocated to the timers of the microcontrollers. Such action achieves the goal of the digitalization project of the classrooms of the Faculty of Computer Science.
In this paper, we discuss terrorism as an adversity to global security, with special emphasis on Kosovo. The presented data shows that today, terrorism poses a risk to more than half of the world’s population. Although a small country, Kosovo, has not been left out of this negative societal phenomenon. More specifically, according to international reports, the threat and danger to Kosovo from Islamic extremism has increased; it is supported and partially funded by foreign organisations that propagate extremist ideology and violent extremist groups which use social networks in a very active way to propagate and recruit their followers. The data in this paper confirms that more than 400 Kosovar men, women, and children have travelled to areas of armed confl ict in Syria and Iraq, having been recruited to fight for violent extremist groups. Therefore, the clear policies of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo addressed here suggest the government is aware of the seriousness of this threat which it is determined to prevent and combat this phenomenon by taking concrete steps in areas such as: legislative measures; mechanisms and planning for the prevention of and combat against terrorism as well as being proactive in the fight against terrorism.
The character of transient processes in electrical machines and transformers defines the shape of magnetization curve of the magnetic circuit, i.e. of its sheets. Approximate analytical or numerical methods are used to determine the influence of saturation and hysteresis on transient processes. This paper presents an analytical method for the calculation of transient process in a magnetic circuit with assumed magnetization characteristic, one part of which contains saturation. An operator calculus was used to solve Maxwell's equations that characterize the transient process. The applied method has been verified by the simulation results using the adapted part of psbxfosaturable.mdl of the MATLAB Simulink software package. It is also shown that due to saturation and influence of hysteresis, additional free components appear in the sheets of the magnetic circuit (recognized in obtained values of current, induction and flux). Analysis of the shape of time diagrams of quantities also shows that the time constants of these quantities increase. In the linear part of the magnetization curve, solutions with higher accuracy are obtained, and in the part of saturation in which the accuracy of the method was not in foreground, only a qualitative analysis of the transient process has been achieved. In comparison with other methods, two regimes of transient processes when given are analyzed: magnetic excitation forces and field strengths, and magnetic fluxes and inductions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
