The student academic records maintained by the university system manually are vulnerable to easily being modified or tampered with. These academic records of students are proof of the student's performance for all semesters till the degree is completed. They are supposed to be present at the time of the interview or at the university if he wants to continue their studies further. The issue with the conventional approach is that it is simple for a malicious person to alter it so that it affects the student's grade in any way. This study aims to use blockchain to create safe Smart Certificates. It offers a viable alternative for issuing, confirming, and exchanging certificates without fear of their integrity being compromised.
