This study aims :1) to examine the effect of strategic alliances and government policies on the achievement of competitive advantage of micro, small and medium creative enterprises, 2) to assess the role of government policies in moderating the relationship between strategic alliances and competitive advantage. This study was conducted in 130 micro, small and medium craft enterprises in Malang Raya. Using SEM-PLS in WarpPLS 6.0, this study finds that strategic alliances have significant effects on competitive advantage. Government policy does not moderates the relationship between strategic alliances and competitive advantage, but at the same time it serves as the driver of strategic alliances and the predictor of competitive advantage. Government policies have the highest loading factor, followed by strategic alliances. Thus, micro, small and medium enterprises in creative economy must focus on optimizing strategic alliances to greatly improve their competitive advantage. In addition, the government can driven strategic alliances while providing facilitation, support, and policies that encourage improvements in competitive advantage.
Optimal portfolio is the basis for investors to invest in stock. Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) is a method to determine the value of the risk and return of a company stock. This research used are secondary data from the closing price of the monthly stock price (monthly closing price), Stock Price Index (SPI), and the monthly SBI rate. Samples taken as many as 41 stocks in LQ45 February-July 2015 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE). The study period during 5 year from October 2010-October 2015. The result of analysis shows that the optimal portfolio consists of 18 companie. The average return of the optimal portfolio is higher than the average risk-free return (SBI rate) and the average market return. This proves that investing in stocks is more profitable than a risk-free investment.
As the site of the first level of health care, Puskesmas has a role that is essential for the success of JKN in Indonesia. Therefore, the success of JKN largely determined by Puskesmas, in particular towards healing a patient that can covered in Puskesmas, which do not need to get a reference to the hospital (Rumah Sakit). The main purpose of this study is : the first, identify the availability of medical and non-medical personnel at the primary level health facility, identify the characteristics of the national healthcare services at the primary level health facility, identify the conditions of the existance health service of facilities and infrastructure at the primary level health facilities. Second, identify procedure and delivery system capital funding on the primary level health facility, identify the constraints and barriers to health services at the primary level health facility, identify the membership of national health coverage, identify related community perceptions of health services at the primary level health facility, based on these two steps, then strategize implementation of optimization of national health Assurance Program through the enhancement and strengthen of primary health facilities services with the approach of the Gate Keeper in Managed Care in the framework of the attainment of Universal Health Coverage in Malang City. The design of this research is the combination of various research methods which include descriptif research, policy research and action research. Based on the research results, there are still some obstacles and constraints of Puskesmas as the first level health facilities : a) aspects of the service , b) aspects of human resources, c) aspects of management, d) aspects of facilities and infrastructure.
