Abstrak
Postpartum mothers who suffer from perineal injury if not properly maintained and improper care of the perineum can result in infection of the perineum. Care for perineal wounds is carried out by the Indonesian community, one of which is by using green betel leaf decoction water that has an antibiotic effect, based on the effect of this therapy, betel can also be used as material for wound care that is usually used by means of worms. Research to find out whether betel leaf water can accelerate the healing process of perineal wounds in post partum mothers. The research method is pre-experimental using a pretest and posttest design in one group. The sample in this study 31 respondents using non-likely sampling techniques using consecutive sampling method. The results of the study the effect of giving green betel leaf decoction to the healing of perineal wounds in post partum mothers pre-test post-test p-value 0.018 <α = 0.05 Ho is rejected, Ha Accepted which means there is an influence of perineal wound healing with green betel leaf decoction in pera simalingkar B clinic, Medan tuntung sub-district, Medan in 2019.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of word of mouth with brand image, brand loyalty, brand preference and brand leadership of Miniso customers in West Jakarta.The sampling used in this study is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method and will require 116 respondents. Only certain samples that meet the criteria and can be used as samples. For this study, the SPSS program is used to determine the effect of all the independent variables above on the dependent variable. The statistical method in this study is multiple regression. Research shows that word of mouth for brand image, brand loyalty, brand preference and brand leadership of Miniso customers in West Jakarta.
Results of data from Indonesia women who smoke about 2.3%, while in pregnant women around 1.7% , from this data has proven to increase the likelihood of pregnant women who smoke will cause various complications of pregnancy danger signs such as premature birth, premature birth weight, perinatal mortality and fetal development disorders. This type of research is descriptive, that is by using primary data obtained using a questionnaire containing 20 statements made by the researchers themselves. The samples in this study 20 of 30 people, taken by purposive sampling. From the results of the study it was obtained the results that the majority of respondents were knowledgeable as many as 10 respondents (50%), knowledgeable Enough as many as 7 respondents (35%) while the minority of knowledgeable good as many as 3 respondents (15%). The researcher hopes that respondents will add insight and input knowledge and information about the dangers of smoking to fetal development.
The purpose of this study was to analyze what determinants influence maternal adherence regarding Measles Rubella immunization in infants. This type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all mothers who have children under five in the Delitua Health Center with asample size of 36 people. Data collection methods obtained directly from respondents through interviews using interview guidelines (questionnaire). Secondary data were obtained from Obstetric Gynecology records in the midwifery room and the medical records of the Deli Tua Health Center. Data retrieval of information will be done by interviewing Delitua Health Center with a questionnaire that has fulfilled the elements of validity and reliability. The results of this study are factors that greatly affect mothers not giving MR immunization in infants is a factor of family support with a value of 1.397 and information source factors. It is expected that health workers will provide more health information to the public that MR immunization is very important for toddlers to prevent Measles Rubella disease.
