Vapor-deposited thin films of a newly developed sulfur-containing heteroarene, 2,7-diphenyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene (DPh-BTBT), were used as an active layer of OFETs, which showed excellent FET characteristics in ambient conditions with mobilities of approximately 2.0 cm2 V-1 s-1 and Ion/Ioff of 107.
SynopsisBased on Fenichel's geometric idea, invariant manifold theory is applied to singular perturbation problems. This approach clarifies the nature of outer and inner solutions. A specific condition is given to ensure the existence of heteroclinic connections between normally hyperbolic invariant manifolds. A method to approximate the connections is also presented.
For a second order nonautonomous singularly perturbed ordinary differential equation with Neumann boundary conditions, the existence of single transition layer solutions is proved by using the method of Liapunov-Schmidt. The method also gives the stability of these solutions as an equilibrium point of a parabolic equation.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
