This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of the employee (Study Employees Part Rubber Production Gardens Sukamangli PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang).The population in the study were all employees of the production of rubber plantation sukamangli PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang number of 339 employees. While the sample of 77 employees obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Location Sukamangli research conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the motivation to have a significant and positive effect on employee performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. The work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi Karet Kebun Sukamangli di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang).Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi karet kebun sukamangli di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang sejumlah 339 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel sejumlah 77 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Sukamangli PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang.
