P eople are increasingly dependent upon technology. However, companies' large-scale investments to establish ongoing loyalty to technology platforms and ecosystems show negative results. This is due to lower levels of trust, concerns about risks, and increasing issues of privacy. Despite the continuous development of digital assistant applications to increase interactivity, however, there is no guarantee that the concept of interactivity is capable of gaining users' trust and addressing their concerns. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the effects of controllability, synchronicity, bidirectionality on perceived performance, and user satisfaction with digital assistant applications as moderated by perceived trust. Naskah diterima tanggal 23 April 2014 dan disetujui untuk diterbitkan tanggal 31 Oktober 2014 ABSTRAK. Rambutan merupakan tanaman menyerbuk silang sehingga secara alami memiliki keragaman tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan mempelajari kemiripan genetik dan pengelompokan aksesi plasma nutfah rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) dan kapulasan (Nephelium ramboutan-ake) di Indonesia berdasarkan karakteristik morfologi. Penelitian dilakukan di (1) Kebun Percobaan (KP) Aripan Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika, (2) KP Subang Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika, (3) KP Cipaku Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Jawa Barat, dan (4) Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota (Sumatera Barat), pada bulan Juni 2013 sampai Februari 2014. Karakterisasi sifat morfologi dilakukan terhadap 29 aksesi rambutan dan empat aksesi kapulasan mengacu pada descriptor for rambutan yang diterbitkan IPGRI. Perhitungan koefisien ketidakmiripan antaraksesi dilakukan dengan metode Gower. Analisis nominal logistic biplot dilakukan untuk melihat sifat penciri dari suatu kumpulan aksesi. Analisis keragaman genetik dapat membedakan kelompok rambutan dan kapulasan dengan koefisien ketidakmiripan rerata sekitar 55%. Berdasarkan kerapatan tandan, rambutan dapat dikelompokkan menjadi lima kelompok, yaitu aksesi yang memiliki tandan sangat jarang, jarang, sedang, rapat, dan sangat rapat. Aksesi dengan tandan rapat sampai sangat rapat antara lain aksesi Gendut Kair, Tangkue, dan Aceh Gendut, sedangkan semua aksesi kapulasan memiliki tandan yang sangat jarang. Berdasarkan ketebalan kulit buah, semua aksesi rambutan memiliki ketebalan kulit sedang sampai tebal, sedangkan aksesi Sibabat diketahui memiliki kulit yang sangat tebal. The study aimed to elucidate genetic distances and develop putative clusters among rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) and kapulasan (Nephelium ramboutan-ake) germplasm in Indonesia. The study was conducted at (1) Indonesia Tropical Fruit Research Institute (ITFRI) Aripan Research Station, (2) ITFRI Subang Research Station, (3) Cipaku Research Station-AIAT of West Java, and (4) Limapuluh Kota District-West Sumatera, from June 2013 to February 2014. Plant morphology characterization were performed on 33 accessions of rambutan referring to the descriptor for rambutan by IPGRI. Genetic variability studies included of calculation of genetic dissimilarity among accessions using Gower method, followed by hierarchial clustering of the accessions using average linkage approach. The results showed that the rambutan and kapulasan accessions reside in separate clusters with average dissimilarity coefficient of about 55%. Based on bunches density rambutan accessions can be classified into five groups, namely very rare, rare, medium, dense, and are very dense bunches. Purpose -The purpose of the present study was to analyze the eff ect of fl exibility and interactivity on perceived utilitarian value and hedonic value, ultimately determining the satisfaction level of e-commerce users.Design/Methodology/Approach -Data were analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 18. A sample of e-commerce users were taken by using the incidental sampling technique. A total of 650 respondents participated, forming the sample and the usable size was 415 after the screening process.Findings and implications -First: fl exibility (navigation, comfort, and the substitutability of personal examination) had an eff ect on utilitarian value, but not hedonic value; second, interactivity (controllability, synchronicity, and bi-directionality) had an eff ect on utilitarian value and hedonic value; third, perceived value had an eff ect on satisfaction. E-tailers should allocate their resources appropriately, combining the qualities Sažetak Svrha -Svrha istraživanja jest analizirati učinak prilagodljivosti i interaktivnosti na percipiranu utilitarnu vrijednost i hedonističku vrijednost, a kako bi se u konačnici odredila razina zadovoljstva korisnika elektroničkog trgovanja.Metodološki pristup -Podaci su analizirani primjenom modeliranja strukturnih jednadžbi (SEM) sa softverom AMOS 18. Korisnici elektroničke trgovine u uzorak su birani slučajnim odabirom. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo ukupno 650 ispitanika, a nakon što su prošli inicijalnu provjeru, 415 upitnika iskorišteno je za analizu.Rezultati i implikacije -Prvo: prilagodljivost (navigacija, udobnost, zamjenjivost osobnog ispitivanja) imaju učinak na utilitarnu, ali ne i na hedonističku vrijednost; drugo: interaktivnost (mogućnost kontroliranja, usklađenost i dvosmjernost) imaju učinak na utilitarnu vrijednost i na hedonističku vrijednost; treće, perci- of utilitarian and hedonic values on their website proportionally (powerfully and stylishly) well to improve the overall perceived value. When a company has limited resources, the trade-off of utilitarian and hedonic values should be well-considered.
