Currently, the satisfaction of user is becoming one of the most important topics concerned by the service providers. So we propose the approach method for the objective QoE measurement through the QoS parameters. The measurements and provisioning of the quality of service (QoS) are generally defined in terms of network delivery capacity and resource availability, not in terms of satisfaction to the end-user. The fundamental assumption behind such traditional provisioning is that the measured quality of service is closely related to the quality of experience (QoE) for the end-user. In the paper, we describe the QoS and QoE correlation model, and the QoE evaluation method using QoS parameter in the converged network environment is studied.

In this paper, we propose the enhanced network-based mobility management protocol, called enhanced proxy mobile ipv6 (E-PMIPv6), which can provide mobile nodes (MNs) with a fast and efficient mobility service in PMIPv6 domain. The proposed scheme can provide a fast and efficient mobility service to MNs and also the strength of network scalability and stability to an access network by proposing the dynamic virtual hierarchical network architecture. In addition, the pre-authentication procedure for an MN, based on the information of neighbor mobile access gateway (MAG) list in the enhanced-policy server (E-PS), is proposed to support seamless handover by reducing MN's handover latency. Through performance evaluations of numerical analyses and simulations, we have confirmed and verified the superiority of the proposed scheme compared to the conventional proxy mobile ipv6 (PMIPv6).

Objective Spinal SAH is an unusual disease that occasionally occurs spinal cord injury. This report intended to estimate the effect that taken by using oriental treatment on the patient with the sequelae of spinal SAH. Methods We have observed this case of patient treated by Dong's acupuncture therapy, pharmacopuncture therapy, Mae-sun therapy and herbal medication, etc. Results The patient showed improvements in pain, power and sensory function Conclusion Oriental treatments such as Dong's acupuncture therapy, pharmacopuncture therapy, Mae-sun therapy and herbal medication can be effective for the sequelae of spinal SAH.
