In this paper, we consider the glass pyramid of I. M. Pei, which recently attracted attention as the installation art of street artist JR, in two directions. First, Pei's glass pyramid was interpreted as a dynamic symmetry of Hambidge rooted in Egyptian geometry, and generalized by the model of Newton's frustum.
