This article discusses the issues of determining the predicted values of rationing the power consumption of industrial enterprises. For a certain pattern of change in power consumption and specific power consumption, hourly productivity was studied, which determines the performance of units. On the basis of the predicted values of the output volume, the norms of energy consumption were developed, which are reflected taking into account its specifics, the energy intensity of the products. In developing the norm, the calculation method was adopted based on the analysis of static data for a number of previous years on actual energy consumption, the volume of output of factors affecting their change.
In article methods of management of electric consumption with position of the general theory of systems for the purpose of reduction of disorder in power system are resulted. Management of electric consumption with the position of the general theory of systems provides the purpose of economic and uninterrupted supply of consumers with energy of the required quality.
District electric networks for agricultural purposes are characterized by a constant increase in loads. In these conditions, it is important to choose the correct parameters of power lines and, first of all, the cross-sections of overhead lines (overhead lines) and cable lines. There are technical possibilities to increase the capacity of overhead power lines, which can be carried out in the following ways: voltage regulation; reactive power compensation; replacement of existing wires with wires of a larger cross-section; load unbundling; transfer of the network to an increased voltage. Increasing the capacity of cable transmission lines by all of these methods is not possible due to their design features. Thus, due to the difficulties of increasing the capacity of cable lines and dynamically developing networks, the problem of choosing the optimal cable cross-section for lines with an ever-increasing load is becoming more acute. Currently, agricultural distribution electric networks have a constant increase in load. In these conditions, the correct choice of the parameters of cable lines and the residential cable line is of great importance. Due to the complexity of increasing the throughput of cable lines and dynamic networks, problems arise with the choice of optimal paths for wires and residential cables for agricultural lines.
The possibilities and the effectiveness of using various methods of controlling the loads of electric consumers are determined with the conditions of the balance of capacities and electricity in the power system. In this regard, the article analyzes the current state and assesses the immediate prospects for ensuring a balance of capacities and electricity in the energy system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The article shows the sequence of development of mathematical expressions of the technical and economic indicators of networks whose voltage is up to 1000 V. In the development of these expressions, methods such as the smallest squares, the criterion analysis were used. From the resulting expressions, it is possible to see which sizes are significantly dependent or dependent on the costs incurred for this network processing.
