The questions of increasing the energy efficiency of a device that intensifies the process of preparing liquid organic fertilizers for application by means of systemic exposure in the electromagnetic inductor of the activator were considered. The influence of such factors as the parameters of the working fluid, the level of magnetic induction and the duration of exposure to the specific energy intensity of the operation was investigated. A quadratic regression polynomial and the corresponding graphical interpretation in the form of response surfaces were obtained. The obtained results are the initial data for subsequent modeling and optimization of the design of the activator inductor in order to minimize its specific electrical costs, as well as to study the quality of the operational impact in appropriate conditions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
