Phase equilibria in the reciprocal system CuGaS 2 +CuInSe 2 CuGaSe 2 +CuInS 2 were investigated by differential thermal and X-ray phase analyses. The isothermal section of the system at 870 K was constructed. The region of existence of the α-solid solution range of the system components with chalcopyrite structure was determined. The vertical sections CuGaS 2-CuGaSe 2 and CuGaS 2-CuInSe 2 were constructed from DTA data.
