The pulp and paper industry occupies one of the leading places among various sectors of the national economy in terms of versatility and prevalence throughout the world, as well as the need for its products for the economy of any country. In addition, with the advent of printing systems that operate at an increasingly faster speed and perform complex tasks, the requirements for the properties and quality of paper have increased. At present, powdered cellulose is a promising direction in the development of the pulp and paper industry. The article discusses the possibility of obtaining powdered cellulose with preliminary grinding on a knifeless grinding plant of the “jet-barrier” type. The morphological properties of the fiber and the degree of polymerization of powdered cellulose are given depending on the degree of grinding.
On the market of pulp and paper products, new requests for more narrowly targeted products appear every year. To stay competitive in the market, manufacturers need to use not only traditional types of fibrous materials, but also use with excellent characteristics from the usual cellulose. The article discusses the role of the knife process of pulp grinding. A method for producing powdered cellulose with preliminary grinding in a disk mill is proposed. The paper-forming properties of the pulp and the degree of polymerization of powdered cellulose, depending on the degree of grinding, are given.
Currently, in connection with the development of computer technology and modern means of communication, when the use of information technology becomes necessary in almost any field of human activity, information technology of education is increasingly being discussed. One of the priority directions of the digitalization process of modern society is the informatization of scientific research and the learning process-the introduction of new information technologies. The article discusses the role of research activities using educational information technologies in scientific research in the field of deep processing of vegetable raw materials. Stimulation of the cognitive activity of students, aimed at finding solutions to the tasks set, will contribute to the formation of skills for further professional activity.
Wood is of great practical importance as a starting material for the recovery of cellulose. Wood plays not only an important economic role as a building and finishing material, but is also one of the cheapest and most widely used raw materials for the industrial production of cellulose vines. In turn, the grinding equipment serves to divide the cellulosic materials into fibers, from the grinding of the fibers and imparting certain properties to them. One of the most important properties of paper is mechanical strength. The standard provides for certain requirements for different types of paper, depending on the consumer conditions for the use of finished products. Durability of paper is determined by various indicators characterizing: paper resistance to a gap, breakdown, tear, an anguish, lengthening to a gap. In this work, the role of milling of fibrous materials in the general preparatory cycle of pulp and paper production is considered, the advantages of knife-free milling are presented, the factors determining the strength of paper are considered, functional dependencies of the main physical and mechanical characteristics of the finished product on the complex parameter of the quality of pulp milling and the complex parameter of the machine are obtained. Numerical value of complex parameter of grinding quality is determined depending on duration of grinding.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
