The conclusion is first: There are 2 major activities in law enforcement carried out by Buton Police namely Investigation initiated from Receiving reports or complaints from someone about a case of sand mining, Finding information and evidence, Ordering to stop suspected people and asking and checking identification self, conduct other actions according to the law that is responsible and the authority of the investigator to make and submit a report. And the Investigation begins with the process of Arrest, Detention, Search, Confiscation, Summoning, Examination and the making of Minutes. Second; The obstacles faced by law enforcement officials in dealing with illegal sand mining in Buton Regency are, the lack of legal distribution in the community, legal awareness is a community’s perspective on the law. Economic factors, increasing needs along with the times make anyone able to do anything to meet those needs, including doing things against the law. Educational Factors. Many educated people only go to elementary school and don’t even go to school.

This community service aims to provide knowledge and understanding of the dangers of narcotics for SMA Negeri 4 Pasarawajo. This community service is expected to be able to provide legal awareness to students about the dangers of drugs from a legal and health perspective. The methods used in the implementation of activities are counseling, lectures and discussions. The results and discussion, namely Community Service is legal counseling by involving students to practice providing legal education in front of students of SMA 4 Pasarwajo, Buton Regency. Legal education about the dangers of drugs is needed for the youth generation, considering that adolescents are easily influenced by deviant behavior, including the abuse of illegal drugs.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang bahaya narkotika terhadap siswa SMA Negeri 4 Pasarawajo. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kesadaran hukum terhadap siswa akan bahaya narkoba dari prespektif hukum dan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah penyuluhan, ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil dan pembahasan yaitu Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan hukum dengan  melibatkan mahasiswa untuk praktek memberikan penyuluhan hukum di hadapan siswa-siswa SMA 4 Pasarwajo Kabupaten Buton. Penyuluhan hukum tentang bahaya narkoba sangat dibutuhkan bagi generasi remaja, mengingat usia remaja mudah sekali terpengaruh pada perilaku menyimpang, termasuk dalam penyalahgunaan obat-obatan terlarang.

The advice of the author are the judges should be more sence to see the facts of what occurred at the time of the trial, therefore from the fact such arise, leading to the conviction of the judge that the accused may or may not are convicted and the judge must be more thorough and meticulous in disconnected matter, bearing in mind the letter ruling which is binding. It also must have knowledge or science of law well, is not only legal, but also a formal legal material in order not to wrong in dropping the verdict for a case.

The problem to be investigated is how the application of diversion in realizing Restorative Justice at the Pasarwajo District Court level and the obstacles to the application of Diversion in realizing Restorative Justice at the Pasarwajo District Court level. The objectives and benefits to be achieved in this study are to find out how the application of Diversion in realizing Restorative Justice at the Pasarwajo District Court level and can help and provide input and additional knowledge for parties related to the problems studied. This research is an empirical juridical research that uses primary data as its study material. The result of this research is that the application of Diversion in realizing Restorative Justice at the Pasarwajo District Court still has obstacles.

Problem yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat saat ini yaitu masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui bahwa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan tindak pidana. Banyak orang yang mengalami tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga baik kekerasan fisik, psikis, maupun seksual hanya berdiam diri, dan enggan melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepihak kepolisian, padahal tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga baik kekerasan fisik, psikis, maupun seksual dapat dilaporkan dan pelakunya dapat dihukum sekalipun tindak kekerasan itu terjadi dalam rumah tangga. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pencegahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Desa Galanti. Mengingat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga bisa menimpa siapa pun, sehingga butuh membangun kesadaran hukum di masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pencegahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat dalam rangka membangun pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga yaitu dengan menyelenggarakan penyuluhan hukum dan membuka ruang konsultasi bila terjadi permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Desa Galanti.
