Penelitian ini membahas pergeseran nilai ritual Kaghombo sebagai makna interaksi simbolik dalam masyarakat Muna dilihat dari segi aspek budaya dan komunikasi antarbudaya. Ritual Kaghombo merupakan salah satu ritual masyarakat Muna yang dilaksanakan sebagai puncak kangkilo (sunatan) dari anak perempuan, dan memiliki nilai-nilai luhur yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Muna khususnya di Desa Mabolu. Nilai-nilai dalam ritual ini sangat penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat Muna karena memuat aspek sosial, religius, filosofis dan kesejarahan. Perubahan ritual Kaghombo dalam perkembangannya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek internal dan eksternal perubahan masyarakat pendukungnya. Faktor internal meliputi kepercayaan, agama, dan perkembangan Pendidikan, sedangkan faktor eksternal antara lain aspek ekonomi. Adapun hasil penelitian: pemikiran masyarakat Desa Mabolu khususnya kalambe wuna (gadis yang dipingit) mulai terpengaruh dengan hal-hal baru yang didapat dari pendidikan modern. Pemikiran ini menganggap pada beberapa bagian ritual, tahapannya bertentangan dengan pemikiran modern. Misalnya, bahwa ritual ini dilakukan sebagai proses pematangan dan pensucian diri dalam menghadapi kehidupan sehari-hari dan kehidupan rumah tangga.
Organizational culture is a habit, tradition, and general way of doing things that exist in an organization, as a result, or result of what has been done before. Organizational culture is a system of shared meaning held by members that distinguish an organization from other organizations. This study aims to examine the application of organizational culture to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization using a survey method with a sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study conclude that an organization that has a strong organizational culture will have a significant influence on the attitudes and behavior of its members. Therefore, organizational performance needs to be improved by establishing and developing organizational culture. Organizational culture is dynamic, meaning that it can change according to the demands of the development of the organization.
Tren kunjungan wisatawan pada pariwisata Wakatobi menurun baik untuk wisatawan internasional/mancanegara maupun domestik. Strategi komunikasi onlinedengan fokuspada komunikasi pemasaran pariwisatadiperlukan untuk menyebarluaskan informasi tentang pariwisata Wakatobi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi komunikasi pariwisata Wakatobi berbasis onlinepada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Wakatobi.Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai yang melaksanakan fungsi komunikasi pemasaran pariwisata pada instansi tersebut.Lima orang informan penelitian ditentukan secara purposive.Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang bersumber daridata primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dariwawancara melalui telepon dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data mencakup proses reduksi dan penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pariwisata Wakatobi berbasis online pada Dinas Pariwisata yang mencakup iklan online, pemasaran email, pemasaran afiliasi, pemasaran media sosial, dan penawaran promosi penjualanbelum terlaksana secara optimal.Di antara kelima strategi komunikasi pariwisata berbasis online tersebut, yang sudah dilaksanakan baru iklan onlinedan pemasaran media sosial, sedangkan tiga metode lainnya yakni pemasaran email, pemasaran afiliasi, dan penawaran promosi penjualan belum diterapkan. <p>The problems arising in this research are the anything of the features – features<br />instagram that used students and how to use tourism as a reference on instagram<br />students. The purpose of this research is to know the features – features instagram used<br />college students, as well as to know the use of tourism for instagram reference on<br />students.<br />The location of the research carried out in the Department of communication<br />studies, Faculty of social and political sciences of the University of Halu Oleo. The<br />theory used in this research is the theory of Uses and Gratifications (satisfaction) of<br />Elihu Katz, Gurevitch, and Haas. In this study informants amounted to as many as 6<br />people to represent the student in the Department of communication studies, Faculty of<br />social and political sciences of the University of Halu Oleo. Types of data used in this research is qualitative data and data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive qualitative.</p><p>The results of this study suggest that intagram and features – features that exist</p><p>in instagram plays an important role in communication majors’s students in seeking the<br />reference they want because in instagram provides information complete about the<br />information they are looking for.<br />This research is expected to benefit and contribution of science for students,<br />particularly students majoring in communication studies. The purpose of this writing is to identify and provide an understanding of the Use of Social Media In Adolescent Social Networking Addiction In Leleka Village, Kec. Wolasi District, South Konawe. The method is through training, workshops, mentoring and evaluation as a concrete form of community service activities. The results of Community Service in Leleka Village, Wolasi District, South Konawe Regency are that adolescents can reduce the level of social networking addiction by removing social media installed on smartphones if using social media via a computer, turning off notifications while working, studying, or doing other important things, providing regular schedule for accessing social media, looking for fun or other activities outside of social media, leaving all gadgets in a separate room when hanging out with family, and visiting relatives and family in person to make relationships warm.
