The problem that is solved in the research is to increase the efficiency of decision making in management tasks while ensuring the given reliability, regardless of the hierarchical nature of the object. The object of the research is decision making support system. The subject of the research is the decision making process in management tasks using an improved wolf flock algorithm. The hypothesis of the research is to increase the efficiency of decision making with a given assessment reliability. In the course of the research, an improved optimization method based on an improved wolf flock algorithm was proposed. In the course of the conducted research, the general provisions of the theory of artificial intelligence were used to solve the problem of analyzing the objects state and subsequent parametric management in intelligent decision making support systems. The essence of the improvement lies in the use of the following procedures, which improve basic procedures of the wolf flock algorithm, namely search and chase: – taking into account the type of uncertainty of the initial data while constructing the wolf flock path metric; – searching for a solution in several directions using individuals from the wolf flock; – initial presentation of individuals from the wolf flock; – an improved procedure for adapting a flock of wolves; – taking into account the available computing resources while choosing the number of leaders in a flock of wolves. An example of the use of the proposed method is presented on the example of assessing the state of the operational situation of a group of troops (forces). The specified example showed an increase in the efficiency of data processing at the level of 23–30 % due to the use of additional improved procedures
As a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine, some fundamental theses regarding the nature of hybrid military operations will require clarification and even revision. First of all, this refers to the widespread perception of the asymmetric nature of hybrid threats as those used by a weaker adversary against a party with significantly greater military, technological and human potential, mainly by non-state actors against national states. This, in turn, requires the use of modern and proven mathematical apparatus, which is capable of processing a large array of various types of data in a short period of time with a given reliability of making management decisions. The object of research is the system of strategic management of national security. The subject of the research is the synthesis methodology of the intellectual system of strategic management of national security. The research developed a methodology for the synthesis of an intelligent national security management system. The novelty of the research: taking into account efficiency while choosing one or another method while researching the state of the national security system; calculation of reliability while choosing one or another method in researching the state of the national security system. Also, an element of novelty is taking into account the efficiency of the decisions made regarding the research of the state of the national security system while using one or another research method; adaptation to new challenges and threats to national security. The next element of novelty is the validity of management decisions in the management of the national security system; taking into account different data sources, which are different in origin and measurement units; analysis of large data sets. It is expedient to implement the specified methodology in algorithmic and program software while studying the state of the national security system.
Hierarchical construction of special purpose systems, a large number of different types of communication devices that are the part of them necessitates the need to justify the order of research of special communication systems. Existing approaches to conduct research on special purpose communication systems are narrowly focused and aimed at researching certain types of communication. A large number of destabilizing factors affecting the functioning of special purpose communication systems and a priori uncertainty about the conditions of its application only complicate the mentioned issue. Also, the experience of the full-scale armed aggression of the armed forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine showed the need to change approaches to the research of special purpose communication systems. That is why the issue of improving the effectiveness of the management of forces and devices of communication of groups of troops (forces) during operations is an important and urgent issue. The object of the research is the communication system of the group of troops (forces). The subject of the research is the effectiveness of the communication system of the group of troops (forces) in accordance with the purpose of the operation. The research developed a methodical approach to the research of special purpose communication systems. The novelty of the proposed methodical approach consists in taking into account the efficiency while choosing this or that method while investigating the state of a special-purpose communication system and the ability to calculate the reliability while choosing this or that method while investigating the state of a special-purpose communication system. Also, the element of novelty of this methodical approach is taking into account the efficiency of the decisions made regarding the assessment of the state of the special purpose communication system while choosing one or another research method. It is advisable to implement the mentioned approach in algorithmic and program software while studying the state of the special purpose communication system.
The article reveals the question of the peculiarities of the use of active forms of educational process with the use of information and communication technologies. It was found that the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process encourages the organization of cognitive activity by modeling, simulation of typical professional situations with the help of multimedia technologies, application of knowledge in research, effective training of knowledge, skills, automated control of learning outcomes, implementation of feedback, development of creative thinking, the possibility of combining in the curriculum of visual and audio forms of presentation of material.
