The article analyzes the trends in the development of integration transformations in the economy, shows the strategic orientation of integration and disintegration processes, identifies and investigates the essence of strategic integration; proposed models and methods for assessing the impact of financial performance of individual enterprises in the group on the performance of the group as a whole; the practical significance of the proposed tools is proved.

Цель: оценка риска развития острого бронхита при использовании сплит-систем. Материалы и методы: сбор статистических данных проводился на участках обслуживания поликлиники ГУ «4-я городская больница» (г. Сева-стополь). Результаты: использование не проходящих регулярной очистки сплит-систем по месту жительства является риском для здоровья, который проявляется в увеличении числа заболеваний острым бронхитом в 3,5 раза. Регулярная обработка сплит-систем снижает риск заболевания острым бронхитом до уровня, близкого к контрольной величине, соответствующей значению риска в группе жителей, не использующей системы кондиционирования воздуха. Заклю-чение: для управления риском предложен ряд мероприятий, направленных на проведение регулярной очистки сплит-систем.Ключевые слова: оценка риска, острый бронхит, сплит-система. The objective was to assess risk of acute bronchitis due to the use of the split-system. Materials and methods: Data were collected at the healthcare districts covered by the outpatient department of the 4th City Hospital of Sevastopol. Results: The use of the split-system without regular cleaning is a risk factor for health, which is associated with a 3.5-fold increase of the incidence of acute bronchitis. Regular cleaning of the split-system decreases risk of acute bronchitis to the level comparable to that of subjects who do not use an air conditioning system. Conclusion: Measures for regular cleaning of the split-system are recommended to manage risk of acute bronchitis.Keywords: risk assessment, acute bronchitis, split system. Abstract-The article deals with the issue of organizational management of equipment maintenance and repair in a power grid company. A new concept of management has been formulated which reconciles the controversial requirements of cost efficiency and reliability. The peculiar feature of the proposed concept is that, firstly, the condition of company's electrical engineering and infrastructural facilities is monitored; secondly, and the equipment performance analysis is carried out taking into account probable breakdowns; thirdly, economic losses from equipment failures are evaluated; fourthly, power consumers become categorized; fifthly, repair works become rated by their urgency. The proposed concept has the integrating idea of shaping a balance of production features, risks and maintenance and repair costs. Due to introduction of the maintenance and repair management based on the newly formulated concept, the repair schedules become optimized in terms of cutting down the likeliness of failures and retaining the company's economic efficiency. Some ingenious tools are offered for implementing the organizational management technology: a graphical chart of multi-dimensional positioning of facilities in the "customer categorization -facility technical condition" coordinates; a method of calculating the economic losses; a consumer category matrix; a summary table of repair urgency rating. The herein proposed matching concept of organizational management is noted for adaptability and multi-aspect analysis of the factors reflecting the interests of grid companies and power consumers. The expediency and practicality of the proposed organizational management technology are confirmed with calculations of an optimal maintenance and repair scheme as exemplified on a regional power grid company.Keywords-tecnology and tools of organizational management; power grid company; risk assessment; production equipment repair and maintenance schedule.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the development management of industrial enterprises related to medium-sized businesses and working in the field of product innovation. In the article there were investigated the methods and management features, the factors, constraining innovation processes in industrial companies. The theoretical background of solving innovation development and maintaining economic stability contradictions were identified. The results of the comparative assessment of small and medium-sized enterprises were unveiled. In paper there were revealed the features and benefits of the transition to the innovative products. A method of positioning matrix and the typology of enterprises in terms of economic sustainability and innovation were proposed. There was worked out a graph-analytical management tool for middle-sized industrial enterprises on the basis of a balance of innovative activity and economic sustainability. For a given industrial enterprise there was formed an effectively balanced portfolio of products at different stages of the life cycle.
