Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menyasar kepada anak-anak usia dini dan sekolah yang berada pada kelompok Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) Al-Fatah di Dusun Dagan, Murtigading, Sanden, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Tema yang diangkat berhubungan dengan pentingnya menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha pada anak- anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu: Membangun motivasi kewirausahaan sejak dini, memahami apa itu berwirausaha, menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovasi wirausaha muda, mendorong terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan dan meningkatkan perekonomian desa dan keluarga.Pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di TPA Al- Fatah ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Adanya simulasi dan pelatihan membuat produk usaha menambah ketertarikan peserta sehingga memunculkan ide-ide lain. Selain dilatih memunculkan ide usaha dan membuat produk, peserta pengabdian juga dilatih untuk memasarkan produk, sehingga pada akhirnya akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari penjualanproduk tersebut. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini didominasi usia dini dan sekolah. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat menambah soft skill lain selain ilmu agama, tetapi juga ilmu bisnis dan wirausaha. Sehingga nanti bisa menciptakan wirausaha muda generasi insan qurani yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit, tetapi juga benefit.
The pandemic of Covid-19 disrupted all economic activities, especially the tourism industry. The Special Region of Yogyakarta, a tourism city, has been badly affected. In surviving the pandemic conditions, the hotel industry adopted policies to carry out efficiency, which had an impact on job insecurity, job engagement, and turnover intention. This study aims to examine the impact of Covid-19, the effect of job insecurity, and job engagement on turnover intention. This study was conducted in the hotel industry in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2022. The sample used in this study was 100 hotel employees and used a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique in this study uses structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that Job engagement negatively influenced on turnover intentions. Meanwhile, Job insecurity has a positive influence on turnover intentions. Last, the job insecurity did not affect turnover intention.
Positive achievements in trading and investment are reflected in the increasing public interest in investing in the Indonesian capital market. In theory, EMH assumes that there are many rational investors who try to maximize profits. Behavioral finance theory is an empirical study of contradictions that proves that investors are not completely rational. This is because there are psychological factors that influence investment decisions. The existence of this human psychological factor makes various financial decisions bias. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of several behavioral biases, namely overconfidence bias, anchoring bias, and herding on stock investment decisions in Indonesian investors. This research is a quantitative and survey research with primary data. The research population includes individual stock investors in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample obtained was 129 respondents. The statistical method for testing the data is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS Version 3.0 software. Statistical test results show that overconfidence bias has a positive and significant effect on stock investment decisions, anchoring bias has a positive and significant effect on stock investment decisions, herding behavior is formed when investors adopt the actions of others, in this study herding has a negative and significant effect on stock investment decisions.
This paper aims to identify the functional, symbolic, hedonic and Islamic value constructs of Muslim consumers’ satisfaction with fine dining restaurants. In addition, it develops the role of religiosity in the relationship between hedonic and Islamic symbolic values in consumer satisfaction and examines the effect of such satisfaction on the willingness to pay more. The method used in the research is based on a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data collected using a questionnaire; 281 valid respondents took part in the study. The results show that in terms of the influence of the dimensions of perceived value in explaining customer satisfaction, the functional, hedonic and Islamic have has a positive and significant effect, whereas the symbolic value variable is is perceived to have no significant effect on satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the willingness to pay more. In comparison, religiosity does not moderate the effect of perceived symbolic value on consumer satisfaction. However, it does moderate the effect of hedonic and Islamic value.
This study aims to determine the factors that influence overconfidence in student investors in Yogyakarta. This study explores the relationship between demographic factors (sex, age, education) and big five personality traits (agreeableness, concientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, openness) with overconfidence. Primary data collected from student investors through questionnaires. The statistical method used is chi-square to determine the relationship between demographic factors and overconfidence. Regression method to determine the relationship between personality types with overconfidence. Analysis using SPSS for Windows 20 on 100 sample sizes. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was an influence between concientiousness, extroversion and openness personality type variables on overconfidence. Agreeableness and neuroticism have no effect on overconfidence. The study also found an influence between demographic factors (sex, age, education) and overconfidence.
