This article synthesizes the results of a cartography of research objects and theoretical perspectives that guided the papers presented at the Radio and Sound Media Research Group, in the national congresses of the Brazilian Society of Interdisciplinary Studies of Communication (Intercom), from 2001 to 2015. It seeks to characterize the research state-of-art in the field, which shows signs of consolidation after 25 years of the group's creation and moves towards internationalization.
Resumo: Este artigo investiga práticas interacionais no rádio musical expandido (que abarca das ondas hertzianas à internet), a partir da análise do podcast Muqueca de Siri, dedicado ao samba.No percurso, discutimos a pertinência da abordagem etnográfica para pesquisas voltadas para recepção/consumo de música via rádio, num novo ambiente midiático em que se multiplicam as possibilidades de produção e circulação de conteúdos sonoros, conformando comunidades de ouvintes que transitam entre os mundos on-line e off-line.Palavras-chave: rádio; samba; interações; etnografia.Abstract: Interactions on expanded musical radio: An ethnographic contribution -This paper investigates interactional practices on expanded musical radio (from Hertzian airwaves to the Internet), taking as a case study the podcast Muqueca de Siri, which is dedicated to samba.Throughout the text, we discuss the pertinence of the ethnographic approach in researches about the reception/consumption of music radio in a new media environment with continually multiplying possibilities of sound production and circulation, shaping communities of listeners who switch between online and offline worlds.
