Introduction: Sarcopenia, which is defined by loss of both muscular mass and strength associated with aging, has been of great interest in the last decades, but has no approved pharmacological treatment yet. The target of the present research is to review and systematize the data that supports non-pharmacological treatment of the pathology. Methodology: Randomized Clinical Trials (RCT) of Sarcopenic patients was searched in MEDLINE, EMBASE and LILACS databases using pre-defined terms.
