The online shopping has become a regular way of shopping, enterprises should conduct in-depth mining of online shopping customers knowledge, and build customer knowledge base, so as to better meet customers needs. This paper constructs online shopping customers knowledge ontology model, and studies the knowledge representation based on the protégé environment.

To aim at the project team formation problem, this study proposes a formation model based on knowledge and cooperation degree. The ability of individual member and cooperation degree of team members are considered. In addition ,it presents a way of measuring candidate’s ability about knowledge, and establishes a collaborative model to measure the cooperation degree between team members. Furthermore, a calculation method of knowledge and cooperation degree is proposed, and then a mathematical model is established. Finally it presented a solution base on Genetic Algorithm for this model.

Automotive manufacturing has become less contained within an organization and more dispersed through outsourcing, the main challenge is that of ensuring quality adherence across the extended supply chain. This has the need for the large automakers to engage in greater collaboration in the design phase and provide visibility into internal operations. This paper discusses about the auto manufacture process flow and quality information classification in the four main manufacture processes. Due to global competition, companies have indeed emphasized that quality should have to be put in place, integrated into all aspects of products and services within their management system. Hence total quality management has become increasingly popular as one of the managerial devices in ensuring continuous improvement as to improve customer satisfaction and retention as well as to ensure its product or service quality. Importantly, employees are regarded as the most important entity in ensuring that total quality management can be carried out successfully in an organization.

Aiming at the quality early warning problem of manufacturing process, this study develops a quality early warning system base on Web form design, combining some auto parts companies operating practice. In addition, it analyses the design principle and application methods of the system. It has been proved that the system achieves real-time monitoring, diagnosis, early warning to abnormal volatility, and prevents the defective products from occurrence and outflow, and gives corresponding diagnosis views to abnormal fluctuations according to historical data. It has been proved that this system is effective in practice.
