Abstract:In order to help the forging enterprise realize energy conservation and emission reduction, the scheduling problem of furnace heating was improved in this paper. Aiming at the charging problem of continuous heating furnace, a multi-objective furnace charging model with minimum capacity difference and waiting time was established in this paper. An improved strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm 2 (SPEA2) algorithm was designed to solve this problem. The original fitness assignment strategy, crossover operator and population selection mechanism of SPEA2 are replaced with DOPGA (Domination Power of an Individual Genetic Algorithm), adaptive cross operator, and elitist strategy. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved SPEA2 was verified by actual arithmetic example. The comparison of results gained from three methods shows the superiority of the improved SPEA2 in solving this problem. Compared with strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm (SPEA) and SPEA2, the improved SPEA2 can get a better solution without increasing time complexity, the heating time is reduced by total 93 min, and can save 7533GJ energy. The research in this paper can help the forging enterprise improve furnace utilization, reduce heating time and unnecessary heating preservation time, as well as achieve sustainable energy savings and emissions reduction.
SummaryThe ultrastructural analysis using ultra-thin section and transmission electron microscope was carried out to characterize the features of the reproductive cells in aposporous initial cell (AIC)-derived embryo sac (AES), i.e. egg, synergid and polar cells, in ovule of facultative apomictic Panicum maximum. At anthesis, the first AES located in micropylar end consists of egg apparatus with 2 synergids and 1 egg cell, and the central cell with 1 nucleus. The other AESs contain less than four cells. The egg cell contains high dense of cytoplasm, and around the nucleus plastids and mitochondria are remarkable. There exist lipid bodies, few rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER), dictyosomes, and big vacuoles distributed in cytoplasm. The polar cell is occupied almost by one big vacuole, the lower dense cytoplasm than that of egg cell wraps 1 or 2 nuclei and is distributed around egg apparatus. Only in micropylar end of the AES the cell wall of the central cell with one nucleus exists with ingrowth of cell wall, indicating that this structure transports the nutrition for the embryo development. Synergid usually contains lowest dense of cytoplasm, and lipid bodies, plastid and mitochondria are distributed along the filiform apparatus in micropylar end. Filiform apparatus is located in the top place of the 2 synergids that is same to that of sexual embryo sac. Extreme rER and vacuoles distributed in chalazal end are the characteristics of the synergids. These vacuoles and rER might contain abundant inorganic substances that are absorbed as a part of nutrition for the developing embryo.
A two-dimensional image matching method based on the improved Hausdorff distance and global harmony search optimization is presented in this paper. First, edges are extracted form the original images by the Canny edge detector. Then, a fitness function based on the improved Hausdorff distance is constructed. Finally the global harmony search optimization is adopted to optimize the fitness function. Experiments show that the proposed method is able to locate the object of interest globally and efficiently.
In this article, the LS-SVM model was established against the working stability control for the vacuum feeding device. Based on the experimental sample data, the learning and training was performed. The actual operating results of the control system proved its efficiency and reliance.
The recursive compensatory fuzzy neural network model was established against the characteristics of temperature control for film laminating machine. The neural network can be used to construct the fuzzy system, and the self-adaptive and self-learning capability of neural networks was used to automatically adjust fuzzy system parameters, BP network could be learned and trained by the gradient descent algorithm. Based on the test data for the study and testing of network, system error is less than the national standard error requirements, the results proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
