Big Data-as-a-Service (BDaaS) is a core direction in the age of big data to help companies gain intrinsic value from big data and innovative their business strategies. Based on analyzing technological challenges that BDaaS faces, firstly, a clear definition of BDaaS was given. After that a User Experience-oriented BDaaS Architecture was constructed .In addition, service processes of processing, analysis and visualization requests were described in detail. Contrast with conventional data services architectures, UE-BDaaSA supports for unstructured data, and provides a wide variety of service, such as analysis and visualization services, and it can better meet the needs of big data era.

This project was motivated by the potentially powerful role that e-commerce can play in the economic empowerment of women. Specifically the project was interested in the economic empowerment of Chinese women, since deep-rooted gender discrimination against women persists in Chinese culture. 21 semi-structured interviews were conducted with Chinese women who own an online business. The findings suggest that while improving one"s financial situation is the main motivation for women wanting to run an online business, it is the subsequent autonomy that women enjoy through having an independent income, which in turn leads to an improvement in their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect, that is the primary outcome. Therefore the most important benefit that women entrepreneurs derive from their economic empowerment is not financial gain but an improvement in their self-image and their social status at home.

Nowadays, Web 2.0 becomes more and more popular depending on interacting and collaborating with other users in a virtual community. End users can use Web 2.0 services in All-IP network provided by sites to create innovative services, so Web 2.0 services are an open-garden.IMS is introduced to adapt to control based on IP in the telecom world. In order to expose the IMS capabilities, WIMS 2.0 initiative was presented to guide telecom operators to realise the convergence between IMS and Web 2.0.Cloud computing is focussed on open and share, and make the most use of resources including computing, store and network bandwidth. Therefore, the cloud-based platform for converging IMS and Web 2.0 is reasonable. This paper proposes a design of Cloud Telecom Open platform for exposition of IMS capabilities though open APIs.
