Recently, the highway construction projects increase rapidly in Vietnam and most of them are international contracting projects. It results serious negative influence on the local government and enterprises that the common cost overrun of projects, and the risk factors of it is different in the different countries, different stages and projects types. So in this paper, we generate an evaluation index system of highway construction projects cost overrun risk in Vietnam in the perspective of different project participants, and also evaluate the effects of these factors in method of regression analysis. The empirical results confirmed 7 main factors that have aggravated cost overrun risk in construction stages, e.g. survey and design scheme risk. In final, the corresponding suggestions are proposed to reduce the project cost overrun risk.

There is a controversy of the relationship between servitization of manufacturing and business performance in the literature. Based on the data of Hu-Shen A-share listed manufacturing enterprises in 2013, this paper examined the relationship in the above with the traditional servitization level variable(SERL) and the servitization decision variable(SERD), which was generated in a dynamic perspective of strategic decision, to measure the servitization strategy. The empirical results showed that the servitization decision was positively correlated with the market performance (Tobin's q), and the servitization level was negatively correlated with the financial performance, including return on assets (ROA), economic value added change rate (EVAC) and earnings per share (EPS). Further, we discussed the results from the signal theory and diversification discount theory.

Forestry investment is potentially effective way for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility. Based on the analysis of connotation and realization mechanism of corporate social responsibility, the paper points out that the coupling of forestry investment and social responsibility is embodied in the comprehensive benefit and social responsibility connotation of forestry investment, and the consistency between forestry investment and social responsibility investment. The results show that the ecological and social benefits of forestry investment are far superior to economic benefits. It is proved that forestry investment is a feasible way for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. The paper analyzes the forestry investment patterns of different enterprises under the social responsibility fulfillment, and points out that the forestry enterprises can participate in the investment projects matching their strategic social responsibility and forestry core social responsibility. Non-forestry enterprises can participate in the business based on the social responsibility investment idea forestry investment projects, and invest in public welfare forestry projects based on responsive social responsibility inputs. It is suggested that the government should improve the social responsibility system construction and strengthen public opinion propaganda to guide forestry and non-forestry enterprises to increase forestry investment by innovating forestry management mode.

Vietnam has become a major market for construction enterprises from East Asian countries, especially from China, to participate in international project contracting, but serious schedule delays have important adverse effects on local government and foreign investment companies. Based on international engineering contracting mode of Vietnam highway BOT construction projects, we discussed the drive financial factors of schedule delays, using the methods of exploratory factor analysis and questionnaire survey, and evaluated the effects of various factors which are through regression analysis. The empirical results show that the five categories of financial factors, including the policy change, slow payment, financial mismanagement, financial market changes and lack of fiscal, have significant effects on schedule delay. Furtherly, we suggested that strengthening policy research and improving financial management ability should be used to reduce the influence of relevant financial factors on schedule delay, to improve the profitability of international businesses and the motivation of foreign enterprises to participate in Vietnam highway project.

Based on the national input-output data 2007 in China, this paper analyses the economic effects of software industry in the integration process of informatization and industrialization using the method of input-output analysis. Compared to the information manufacturing industry, software industry has the different industries linkage structure and its development relies on itself more. The spread effects analysis shows the two industries have the strong effects on promoting other manufacture industries' development.
