This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategy, leverage, profitability and sales growth on tax avoidance. Sample companies involved in tax avoidance were obtained from surveys of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data covers a period of four years from 2014 to 2017. The sample used is secondary data originating from the IDX.com website with the sampling technique that is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows (1) Business strategy has a positive influence on tax avoidance (2) leverage has a positive influence on tax avoidance (3) profitability has no effect on tax avoidance (4) sales growth has an influence positive for tax avoidance

Audit judgment is the auditor's consideration in assessing information at every audit process, including engagement, planning, field assignments, and audit reporting. Audit judgment is critical because the audit is conducted based on a sample. The accuracy of this audit judgment affects the quality of the audit and the opinion it produces. This study examines the effect of goal orientation, self-efficacy, obedience pressure, and task complexity on the audit judgment of internal auditors in the Government Sector. This research has primary data. The research object is internal auditors, as members of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) who worked at Inspektorat Jendral of Ministry of Finance, Transportation, and Internal Affairs-based on proportionate stratified random sampling method, collected 255 returned questionnaires. The result confirms that goal orientation, self-efficacy, and task complexity positively affect audit judgment. Obedience pressure negatively affects audit judgment. The study results reveal that obedience pressure negatively affects audit judgment needs to be the attention of Inspektorat Jendral of Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transportation, and Ministry of Internal Affairs. An improvement of risk management application the audit process to detect risks of regulatory pressure from various parties and interfere with the implementation and achievement of audit objectives/results.

Tujuan penelitian ini guna pengujian dampak penerapan green accounting serta kinerja lingkungan pada kinerja kuangan menggunakan tata kelola perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Popilasi studi ini berupa bisnis manufaktur yang tercatat di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) tahun 2018 – 2021. Pemilihan sampel memakai teknik pursosive sampling dalam 3 kriteria yang mengasilkan 18 bisnis yang bisa untuk diamati dan diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa, green accounting berdampak positif pada kinerja keuangan, Kinerja lingkungan berdampak positif pada kinerja lingkungan, tata kelola bisnis memperkuat green accounting pada kinerja keuangan, dan Tata kelola perusahaan memperkuat kinerja lingkungan pada kinerja keuangan. Abstract   The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of implementing green accounting and environmental performance on financial performance using corporate governance as a moderating variable. The population of this study is in the form of manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The sample selection uses a pursosive sampling technique in 3 criteria which results in 18 businesses that can be observed and researched. Based on the analysis results show that, green accounting has a positive impact on financial performance, environmental performance has a positive impact on environmental performance, business governance strengthens green accounting on financial performance, and corporate governance strengthens environmental performance on financial performance.

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Kewirausahaan Bina Amanah Cordova ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan bagaimana memanfaatkan peluang sumber pendanaan bisnis untuk membuat ataupun mengembangkan usaha bagi para calon pelaku usaha. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga bertujuan bagi para dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Trisakti sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan tugas Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan usahanya dalam kondisi Pandemi Covid-19 ini. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah metode pelatihan, diskusi dan wawancara terstruktur kepada para peserta. Selain itu dilakukan pengisian kuesioner untuk analisa lanjutan. Berdasarkan dari hasil diskusi awal diketahui bahwa masih terdapat beberapa peserta yang belum memanfaatkan sumber pendanaan bisnis yang. Hal ini dikarenakan para peserta belum mengetahui konsep dasar sumber pendanaan bisnis. Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan para peserta memiliki pengetahuan mengenai sumber pendanaan bisnis yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan usahanya. Harapan dari pelatihan ini, para peserta kedepannya dapat melanjutkan usaha dengan memanfaatkan sumber pendanaan bisnis dan melihat segala peluang yang ada. Kata Kunci: Modal Usaha, UMKM   ABSTRACT  The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity held at the Bina Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School is to provide education and training on how to take advantage of opportunities for business funding sources to create or develop businesses for prospective entrepreneurs. In addition, this activity is also aimed at lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Trisakti University as a form of implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education tasks that provide benefits to the community to increase their business in the conditions of this Covid-19 Pandemic. The method of implementing the activity is the method of training, discussion and structured interviews with the participants. In addition, questionnaires were filled out for further analysis. Based on the results of the initial discussion, it is known that there are still some participants who have not taken advantage of the business funding sources. This is because the participants did not know the basic concepts of business funding sources. After this activity is carried out, the participants have knowledge about sources of business funding that can be used for their business activities. It is hoped that from this training, the participants will be able to continue their business in the future by utilizing business funding sources and seeing all the opportunities that exist.  Keywords: Business Capital, MSMEs

Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif yang melihat seberapa jauh pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku bisnis UMKM mengenai pelaporan keuangan dan manfaatnya dalam pengembangan bisnis serta perolehan kredit perbankan. Selain itu, penelitian ini merupakan salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan tugas Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Trisakti yang memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat luas untuk mengelola usahanya agar dapat meningkatkan perekonomian berkembang menjadi lebih maju. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan pada UKM Kelurahan Tegal Alur Kecamatan Kalideres Jakarta Barat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan, diskusi dan wawancara yang terstruktur kepada para peserta. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan terakhir tahap pelaporan. Evaluasi akhir juga dilakukan pada kegiatan ini untuk mengetahui sejau mana keberhasilan kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi awal bersama 25 (dua puluh lima) peserta yang hadir dketahui bahwa para peserta belum mengetahui pentingnya dan kegunaan dari laporan keuangan itu untuk apa. Melalui kegiatan PkM ini, para peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya mengenai manfaat dari laporan keuangan sehingga dapat mengembangkan bisnisnya.
