The purpose of the article is to study the problematic issues regarding the activities of industrial parks as instruments of investment policy in Ukraine and to analyze the directions of their efficient functioning under martial law. The theoretical foundations of the development of industrial parks, their essence and features of functioning are considered. The normative and legal regulation of industrial parks in Ukraine is characterized. The main draft legislative acts that are at the stages of consideration of the relevant committees are mentioned. The organization of activities of existing Ukrainian industrial parks, in particular the problems of their creation and functioning in modern militarized conditions, is considered. The activity of industrial parks in Ukraine during 2012-2021 is researched. The slow process of creating these sites, the imperfection of domestic legislation and the lack of appropriate funding are noted. The effects of the construction of new industrial parks, in particular conservative and optimistic scenarios, are described. The major problems of industrial parks in Ukraine in wartime are analyzed. The advantages of relocation of enterprises to the territory of existing industrial parks are characterized, which include: the presence of ready-made premises with the necessary communications; provision by the management company of all necessary administrative and other services to residents; cooperation of residents with each other, creation of joint supply chains, the possibility of sending goods through the logistics center located in the same park. The main directions of solving the problems of effective and safe development of industrial parks, which will contribute to the relocation of enterprises, attracting investments and restoring the economy of Ukraine after the war, are examined.
Охарактеризовано види пасажирських перевезень, здійснено акцент на міські перевезення пасажирів в Україні. Розглянуто основні риси міських пасажирських перевезень, зокрема організація діяльності громадського автобусного транспорту та електротранспорту. Досліджено проблеми організації міських пасажирських перевезень в Україні та виявлено особливості функціонування вітчизняного ринку пасажирських перевезень. Проаналізовано статистику перевезення пасажирів в Україні за 2017–2021 рр. Визначено, що автомобільний транспорт є найбільш поширеним режимом транзиту пасажирів через розгалужену інфраструктуру та найбільшу мобільність серед усіх видів місцевого пасажирського транспорту. Досліджено основні проблеми міських автобусних перевезень та електротранспортних перевезень в Україні. Розглянуто основні напрямки вирішення проблем організації міських пасажирських перевезень, що сприятимуть ефективній діяльності громадського транспорту в Україні.
Modern conditions of turbulence in the external economic environment require business structures not only to respond quickly to new challenges, but also to form scenario models of behaviour in order to maintain competitive market advantages based on an objective review of their own commercial potential and reserves. It is noteworthy that the internal risks of the business structure are the primary obstacle in the growth of the efficiency of the commercial structure and determine its level of profitability. The purpose of the research is to assess the factor of formation of biased management decisions and the features of their implementation as factors of reducing the manifestation of internal business risks. Indicated that the system of effective business management must always take into account the manifestation and pressure of internal risk due to a number of factors that cannot be accurately assessed. Modern methodology of project management and project management does not take into account the tool of biased decisions. Anti-crisis management is presented as a mandatory element of management knowledge. Therefore, the further development of management should focus on the adoption of biased management decisions and the development of mechanisms for their timely implementation.
The integration processes in the modern world, caused by the dynamic globalization, which covers all sectors of the world economies, including the agri-food sector, which provides the world's population with food, are considered. The peculiarities of unification of national agri-food markets into a single world market and adaptation of domestic state policy of agricultural regulation in accordance with the principles defined by the World Trade Organization and the general direction of the common agricultural policy of the European Union are described. The peculiarity of the agri-food sector of Ukraine, which consists in the degree of development of domestic agriculture and ways of implementing the regulatory policy of the state in this area, is described. A study of the integration processes of the Ukrainian agri-food market and the imperfection of mechanisms for regulating the activities of agri-food enterprises by the state, which necessitates the adaptation of integration processes to international requirements. The advantages and disadvantages of enterprises entering the international market after Ukraine's accession to the World Trade Organization are considered. The impact of the biodiversity strategy until 2030, adopted by the European Commission, on the activities of domestic agri-food enterprises, the competitiveness of their products on the international market and stimulating the production of environmentally friendly products has been studied. The main Ukrainian exporters of agricultural products on the European agricultural market and the rating of the main demanded goods are studied. It is analyzed that the agri-food market of Ukraine functions in the conditions of strengthening of internal and external integration processes. The internal integration processes characterized by the vertical integration of Ukrainian agri-food enterprises, which contributes to the significant development of the agri-food sector, are considered. It is proved that the private form of land ownership is dominant in this market, the monopoly position is occupied by domestic agricultural holdings, which intensifies imperfect competition in the market.
