Family planning program is also one of duty and responsibility for a doctor or midwife provide the right solution for patient to get step or way in program of activity of family planning. If viewed from the rankings of the number of population density according to CIA World Factbook in 2004, Indonesia occupies the number of population most number 4 in the world with a population of 238,452,952 people. So look at the condition Family planning to aim to have two children enough is an Indonesian government program that has for years on the run. However, the most common obstacle is for the selection of steps to run the program such as Condoms, Birth Control Pills, KB Injections, IUD (Intrauterine Device) and so on. With the help of existing Android program on the smart phone will help people in getting information online whenever and wherever about the utilization and constraints faced in running the family planning program.
This research is motivated by an analysis of the needs of the examination system that still uses conventional methods that require considerable time, cost, and effort and have not been able to synergize with technological developments. Research on the development of Computer Based Test (CBT) Models Based on the web aims to develop a CBT model that can overcome the problems found in conventional tests. This type of research is development research (R & D) with software development procedures using the waterfall model. The stages of development consist of the needs analysis phase, the design stage, the implementation phase, and the testing phase. Research respondents were students of the Information Systems study program. The results of this study were obtained online test kits to help the process of evaluating student learning outcomes with features: input test data, display an analysis of the completeness of the report, and print reports made for the completion of the learning assessment. By using a database system, this online exam makes it easier for the exam system to display questions and assessments, making it easier for users to use it and for administrators to manage questions.

Belum lagi ditambah beberapa wisatawan dengan dana terbatas dan waktu terbatas dan mereka ingin mengunjungi beberapa lokasi sekaligus. Masalah efisiensi waktu dan biaya ini sering terjadi karena tidak tahu jalur mana yang harus mereka tempuh.Dengan adanya pemilihan rute terbaik oleh wisatawan setidaknya dapat meminimalisir biaya pengeluaran untuk transportasi dan waktu terbuang di jalan. Dan banyaknya tempat yang ingin dikunjungi di berbagai lokasi dengan jarak tempuh yang berbeda membuan pengambilan keputusan lokasi mana yang ingin di tuju menjadi acak. algoritma  Semut menemukan jalur paling optimal dari semua probabilitas jalur yang dilalui semut dengan meninggalkan pheromon dengan jumlah yang lebih banyak.dibanding jalur yang tidak optimal.sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jalur optimal dengan pheromone terbanyak merupakan jalur rute lokasi wisata yang paling pendek dan optimum pada Negara singapura
