Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tentang pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan sistem informasi terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sebanyak 60 orang. Karena jumlah populasi telah diketahui, maka untuk menentukan sampel penelitian adalah sesuai dengan jumlah populasi itu sendiri. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket. Pengolahan data memanfaatkan program SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Product and Smart Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepala sekolah dan sistem informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas sekolah, hal ini berarti semakin tinggi kompetensi kepala sekolah dan semakin berkualitas sistem informasi maka semakin meningkat efektivitas sekolah.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of teacher work culture on teacher performance, and the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work culture on teacher performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires to 56 teachers/respondents. The data analysis technique is carried out through regression correlation analysis with statistical data processing of SPSS 17.0. The results show that the principal's transformational leadership in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is in the high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. The more effective the transformational leadership of the principal, the more teacher performance increases. Second, the work culture of teachers in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency is in high criteria. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that teacher work culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the work culture of the teacher, the higher the teacher's performance. Third, teachers' performance in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is generally at high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and teacher work culture positively influence teacher performance. It means that the more influential the principal's transformational leadership is and the higher its work culture, the more teacher performance increases.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan KKG. Menjadi penting karena melalui KKG, guru akan memperoleh kesiapan mengajar, dan kemampuan profesional guru serta mutu kinerjanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri dari pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, guru, dan ketua Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pengelolaan KKG di Gugus 3 Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya sudah optimal. Sementara itu profesionalitas guru juga meningkat.

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of teacher teaching performance on student achievement. 2) The influence of school climate on student achievement. 3) The effect of teacher teaching performance and school climate on student learning achievement. The research method used in the preparation of this scientific paper is descriptive. The unit of analysis is a school with a total of 171 respondents. The data were proceeded by using SPSS 17.0. The study results show that: 1) The teaching performance of teachers at MI KKM Cipaku is in high criteria, however, some indicators need to be improved, namely arranging seats according to the characteristics of students and subjects. Furthermore, the teacher's teaching performance has a positive effect on student achievement. This means that the higher the teacher's teaching performance, the higher the student's learning achievement. 2) The school climate at MI KKM Cipaku is in conducive criteria, however, some indicators need to be improved, namely monumental evidence of the results of the school's collaboration with the community. Furthermore, the school climate has a positive effect on student achievement. This means that the more conducive the school climate, the more students' learning achievement. 3) Student achievement at KKM Cipaku is in the achievement criteria, however, several indicators must be improved, namely youth scientific work, academic competitions, sports, arts, and scouts. Furthermore, teacher teaching performance and school climate have a positive effect on student learning achievement. This means that the higher the teacher's teaching performance and the more conducive the school climate, the higher the student's learning achievement.
