Company management has right to hope for its employees to respect  reasonable standard of ethical code. The employees who act inappropriately or out of ordinary can damage business. It is very dangerous if management believes that every employee has the same view with him. Therefore, one of the best ways to clarify about what is expected by management towards its employees is making general work rules. Then it needs a monitoring system that is by designing an employee Monitoring System Application by detecting its position with the LBS (Location Based Service) method based on Android and implementing the method. The purpose of this study is helping the leaders for workforce section to control the existence and position of its employees, making it easier for leaders to make decisions and discipline employees at work. The benefits of this study that is this system can control the employees in absent from work. Useful as material for employee evaluation in jobs whether in accordance with working hours determined by a company. The system becomes a monitoring control tool for the employees.

The Mathematics and Natural Sciences Olympiad is a competition event that aims to hone as well as provide students in the fields of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The selection of prospective participants to attend the year event at each school has their own suggestions and methods.  Based on the above the authors conducted a study of a computer-based system for the development of participant selection methods, using simple additive weighting methods and using 6 proposals such as mathematics tests, science tests, average report cards, discipline, activeness, and honesty in give weight. After conducting the testing and testing process on the support system decision on the selection of candidates for Mathematics and Natural Sciences Olympiad level elementary school students to use simple additive weighting method in SDN 2 Melayu, the result is a capable system provide recommendations for potential participants who are entitled to participate Olympic with 75% confidence level.

Segmentation is a process to extract the objects in an image. In this study, segmentation process is used to perform skin detection which aims to detect skin pixels and areas in an image. Pixel-based measures is used in the similarity measurement model in image area segmentation to detect skin and non-skin areas in 3 color spaces i.e. RGB with Euclidean distance, HSV with Dcyl distance, HCL with DHCL distance and the thresholding value as the limit of the similarity between two colors. The results of this study indicate that color space segmentation process using thresholding value (Th ≦ 80 and Th ≦ 100) for HSV and HCL provide superior segmentations.
