This study aims to examine the effect of integrity, objectivity and competence on the auditor's performance. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is 47 auditors at the Inspectorate of the Riau Province. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample so that makes all of population as a sample in the study this. The scale of data measurement with a Likert scale. The data are collected through questionnaires that handed directly to the respondens. 41 completed quisioner are receipt and was analysis by WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study indicate that integrity, objectivity and competence has a direct and significant influence on auditor performance. As well as culture the organization strengthens the influence of integrity, objectivity and competence on auditor performance This shows that the better the integrity, objectivity and applied competencies, it can improve auditor performance

Penelitian bertujuan  mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung keong mas dalam campuran pakan sebagai pengganti konsentrat   terhadap performa ayam kampung super. Perlakuan P0 (Non Tepung Keong mas ) ransum 15 % konsentrat, 25 % jagung kuning giling , bekatul 25 % , sisa nasi rumah makan 35 % ; Perlakuan P1 : 15 % tepung keong mas  + 25 % jagung kuning giling  +  25 % bekatul  +  35 % sisa nasi rumah makan; Perlakuan  P2 : 20% tepung keong mas  +  22,5 % jagung kuning giling + 22,5 % bekatul +  35 % sisa nasi rumah makan. Variabel penelitian yaitu  Konsumsi pakan, PBB, Bobot Badan Akhir Panen, FCR, Persentase Mortalitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi dan Jika ada perbedaan nyata dilanjut uji Duncan Multiple Ringe Test. Pengaruh perlakuan menunjukkan berbeda sangat nyata (P< 0,01) pada variabel FCR, sedangkan berbeda nyata (P< 0,05 ) terhadap variabel Bobot Badan Akhir Panen , Pertambahan Bobot Badan , Konsumsi. Serta  berbeda  tidak nyata pada variabel persentase mortalitas .Pada perlakuan P2  yaitu penggunaan ransum pakan penambahan tepung keong sebanyak 20% , kandungan  protein pakan sebesar 16,66 % dan energi metabolis 2770 Kkal/Kg performa yang dihasilkan untuk bobot badan akhir (956 gram/ekor), pertambahan bobot badan lebih besar (85,84 gr/ekor/minggu), konsumsi pakan sejumlah  3206 g/ekor  dan FCR 3,35.
