This study examines the effect of Green Ambidexterity (GA) on Environmental Performance (EP). Where the purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of Green Ambidexterity (GA) on Environmental Performance (EP) in company and assist companies in dealing with emerging ecological environmental problems. By distributing questionnaires to employees who work in the company, 100 answers were collected from the survey conducted. The results of the study found that the positive influence of Green Ambidexterity (GA) on the tested Environmental Performance (EP) was significant. Due to the dependence of environmental performance (EP) on green ambidexterity (GA), the green process of product and service innovation must be a proactive step in company activities.
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work experience and communication on the performance of secretaries at Bali's Five-Star Hotels. This study was quantitative in nature. In this study, the population consisted of 98 secretaries from 50 five-star hotels in Bali that had been registered since 2021. This study's sample consisted of 98 Executive Secretaries and Departmental Secretaries selected using the side saturation or “Sampling Jenuh” technique. The data used were primary data derived from respondents' responses, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The strategy for collecting data consisted of a Google Form questionnaire. In this study, it was found that 1) work experience has a positive and substantial influence on secretary performance, 2) communication has a positive and significant influence on secretary performance, and 3) both work experience and communication have a positive and significant influence on secretary performance. As for the guidance that may be given to Five Star Hotels in Bali, particularly the secretarial division, it is suggested that the secretary's excellent performance must be supported by a high level of commitment to performing responsibilities in line with the job description.
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction and visitor behavior intentions. The research was conducted at the One-Stop Entertainment Center Atlas Beach Fest Canggu, Bali. The sample for this study was visitors to the One-Stop Entertainment Center Atlas Beach Fest Canggu, Bali around June-October 2022. The sample used was a purposive sampling method of 100 people and used descriptive analysis and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the research answer the two hypotheses proposed, namely; experiential marketing has a positive influence on satisfaction (satisfaction), experiential marketing has a positive influence on behavioral intention (behavioral intention). This study has important implications related to aspects that affect visitor satisfaction such as: playground facilities for children, display of food and drinks and waiter service making visitors willing to give positive word of mouth, telling their experiences during their visit and inviting friends to come back.

Pertumbuhan yang cepat, bisnis ekspor-impor memicu pertumbuhan perusahaan logistik lokal, salah satunya adalah PT Fajar Insan Nusantara Logistics Bali (FIN Logistics Bali)., FIN Logistics Bali adalah perusahaan jasa pengiriman untuk pengiriman layanan domestik dan internasional barang darat, laut, dan udara. Namun proses memilih penerbangan oleh pelanggan di perusahaan masih dilakukan secara intuisi dan berorientasi pada harga murah.. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan modeling kasus pemilihan iarline dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan, harga, keselamatan, kecepatan. Hasil akhir dari model perhitungan untuk setiap alternatif akan peringkat semua alternatif berdasarkan skor tertinggi, yang akan digunakan sebagai pertimbangan atau rekomendasi kepada pelanggan dalam memilih maskapai, tapi keputusan tetap di tangan pelanggan.
Generally, the aim of this study was to analyze the quality of satisfaction of the stakeholders as employers of the International Business Management Study Program, Department of Business Administration, Bali State Polytechnic. Specifically, the purpose of the study was to analyze stakeholders' satisfaction, and get feedback from stakeholders to improve quality of the graduates. The number of samples studied were 30 companies following the results of the 2018 tracer study. Data were collected using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data collection techniques included purposive sampling (companies that are already known as employers). Then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and qualitative descriptive. The results of this study were expected to be useful for MBI Study Program in the future development, and for stakeholders as users of D4 MBI Study Program graduates. The results of the study showed that in general the level of stakeholder satisfaction was in the category of high / satisfied category. The input obtained from the stakeholders was that the ability to communicate face to face by graduates needs to be improved. One way that can be given as a suggestion to increase stakeholders' satisfaction is to change the learning model that is able to promote students' confidence in expressing opinions for example by having more discussion activities.
