The paper takes Jiangsu province as example in Yangtze River Delta, which is economically developed regions. According to previous research and characteristics of rural banks in Jiangsu Province, the input indexes are selected as the number of employees, the number of outlets, total deposits, business and management fees. And the output indexes include total loans, net interest income and net profit. Using DEA model to analyze the operating efficiency of the 65 rural banks in 2016, the paper compares the operating efficiency in different regions and different types of originating bank. The analysis shows that, compared with the central and northern Jiangsu, operating efficiency of rural banks in southern Jiangsu is generally high. The comprehensive technical efficiency value of sample banks that originated by the state-owned banks and joint-stock banks is significantly higher than that originated by rural commercial banks and city commercial banks. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the operating efficiency of rural banks.
The rapid economic development of China has promoted the improvement of industrialization and urbanization. Industrialization refers to the process in which the proportion of industrial added output value and the added output value of the secondary industry to gross domestic product (GDP) continues to rise, and the proportion of industrial employment to total employment in the country continues to rise; according to international standards, industrialized country should reach 60% industrialization level, over 50% industrial employment rate, and achieve more than 80% in late periods. In 2020, the proportion of the industrial industry added value to GDP in China was 37.80%, and the proportion of the service industry added value to GDP was 54.50%. Considering only the proportion
In order to explore the comprehensive assessment method of air quality of pollutant emission of energy consumption in China's urban internal industrial parks, based on the full consideration of the actual situation of air pollution control in Nanjing HX Industry Park, this paper selects 15 air quality assessment indicators. According to the national air quality standard, the air quality standard of Nanjing and the air quality standard of Nanjing HX Industry Park, the air quality assessment standard is determined about pollutant emission of energy consumption in Nanjing HX Industry Park. Through the technical treatment of the selected assessment indicators, the niche suitability model is introduced, and based on this, the spatial niche suitability model is reconstructed to comprehensively assess the air quality of pollutant emission of energy consumption in Nanjing HX Industry Park. The study found that the air quality of Nanjing HX Industry Park has been improved from level III in 2012 to level I in 2020. According to the assessment results, the differences of assessment results of different niche suitability models are discussed, which fully reflects the advantages of spatial niche assessment methods. The change law and influencing factors of the assessment results are further discussed.
To explore methods for a comprehensive assessment of the treatment effect of heavy metal pollution in the sewage sludge from China’s industrial parks, we studied the wastewater treatment plant of the Nanjing MV Industrial Park as an example. Eight common heavy metals in sewage sludge – Zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), Arsenic (As), Cadmium (Cd) were studied. The treatment effect of these containments was comprehensively assessed using the absolute niche fitness model, the relative niche model and the spatial niche fitness model. All three models showed that Pb > Cu > Ni > Hg > Cd > Cr > Zn > As in the samples. However, they produced – different numerical values – the absolute niche suitability model < the spatial niche suitability model < and the relative niche suitability model. Therefore, we concluded that special attention should be paid to the carcinogenic risk of As and Cr heavy metals to the person exposed to the sewage sludge.
