Understanding the motivations that stimulate homebuyers’ green purchasing behavior can increase market demand for green products, especially considering the comparably low market share of green products worldwide. In this context, various studies have been conducted examining consumers’ intentions to pay for green products. Nevertheless, there is still limited research on evaluating homebuyers’ purchasing behavior toward green residential buildings. This study argues that the value of green residential buildings (GRBs) affects their adoption, and thus exerts an invisible force on homebuyers’ purchasing behavior. It also finds that field theory provides a scientific perspective on this phenomenon. Thus, this paper proposes a value field model for evaluating homebuyers’ GRB purchasing behavior based on physical field theory and psychology field theory. In particular, physical field theory provides the measurement formula, while psychological field theory explains the effect of the force stimulating homebuyers’ purchasing intention, and ultimately influencing their purchasing behavior. The initial model consisted of a field source (green perceived value), target charge (GRB demand), distance (psychological distance), and value field factor. As the value field factor was calculated to be approximately equal to 1, the final model is a composite of a field source (green perceived value), target charge (GRB demand), and distance (psychological distance). The results validate the construction of the value field model on the basis of field theory. This research contributes to the body of knowledge by analyzing GRB value and provides a clearer understanding of how GRBs and the environment combine to fulfill homebuyers’ requirements and influence their GRB purchasing behavior.
This paper focuses on the direct impact of avian influenza outbreaks and the impact of the consequent non‐tariff measures (NTMs) on the international poultry trade. Using monthly export data from China and its 122 poultry importing countries, a random‐effect gravity model has been adopted. Emphasising the agri‐food trade in a global value chain context, the research analysis distinguishes between ‘agri‐food goods’ (mostly uncooked poultry products) and ‘processed goods’ (mostly cooked poultry products). The results show that domestic avian influenza outbreaks have a significant negative impact on a country's poultry imports compared with such outbreaks in exporting countries. Moreover, NTMs induced by avian influenza reduce the uncooked poultry trade but temporarily increase the cooked poultry trade. However, with a time‐lag, the cooked poultry trade may soon face increasing NTMs. The results also imply that developing countries that attempt to export agri‐food products to developed countries should increase and enhance processed food production.

With the continuous progress of our society and the improvement of education level, the benefits of Ideology and Politics education are gradually recognized by people. Ideology and Politics education has always been an important educational policy in China's colleges and universities. It is believed that it can greatly improve the comprehensive quality of students and help students to establish correct values. Therefore, the Ideology and Politics education mode of college students is gradually popularized. However, many colleges and universities sometimes ignore the downward trend of student management level. This situation will lead to the mode of Ideology and Politics education in varsity not be effectively applied. This paper will discuss the relationship between the student management and the idea of Ideology and Politics education, and finally come to a conclusion.

With the rapid development of China's economy, Chinese enterprises develop fast. More and more Chinese enterprises try to get advanced technology by overseas M&A. Consequently, it is necessary to study the factors affecting innovation performance of Chinese technology sourcing transnational M&A. Using the related data by 2015, the paper analyzes the technology sourcing transnational M&A deals initiated by Chinese enterprises over the years 2003-2012, providing a comprehensive analysis on the factors that affect the innovation performance. The results show that the smaller cultural difference is, the smaller absolute and relative knowledge scale of target enterprise is, the larger the magnitude of the merger is, the larger the technical knowledge base of the Chinese enterprise is, the better innovation performance will be. If these factors go in the opposite directions, the innovation performance of transnational M&A deteriorates. The paper thus get some meaningful conclusions and revelations.
