Under the current conditions of the development of knowledge economy, the economic management of modern enterprises has been highly valued. Therefore, based on knowledge economy, the author studies the reform and innovation of modern enterprise economic management mode. On the premise of analyzing the authority existing in the reform mode of enterprise economic management at the present stage, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
