Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini di latar belakangi oleh kurangnya peran TPQ dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter (religius). Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah adanya pembaharuan kurikulum yang di terapkan di TPQ, penguatan peran TPQ dalam pendidikan karakter religius . pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Konsultasi, yaitu berupa diskusi interaktif ,Mediasi, tim pengabdian sebagai mediator terkait penyelesaian masalah, Pendampingan, yaitu tim pengabdian melakukan pengabdian terhadap santri di TPQ Silastra dan terhadap pengajar TPQ Silastra. Adapun hasil dan temuan dalam pengabdian ini adalah 1). Terdapat penguatan karakter religious (Islam) pada santri TPQ Salastra, 2) pengajar dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran dengan memasukan unsur karakter, 3) habituasi yang di laksanakan di TPQ Silastra, merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam usaha penguatan pendidikan karakter religious (Islam) kepada santri.
This study aims to determine the strategic role of Citizenship Education in fostering the attitude of nationalism of young citizens in the era of globalization. The research method used is a survey. The results showed. Citizenship Education in higher education can contribute to fostering nationalism with the values of Pancasila has a significant role for young citizen. Citizenship education learning approaches are more interactive through the problem-based learning model. In the learning process with the PBL model so that the maximum educator must have broad insight competencies.
The development of the nation's character has not shown progress in the progress of its citizens to become more characterized. The phenomenon is that many people's behavior is not by the character imbued with the Pancasila philosophy. This study aims to analyze the program for strengthening character education based on school culture as a strengthening of the civic character of elementary school students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection in interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman method triangulation. The results showed that the school culture-based character education program is a civic reinforcement for students by familiarizing the main character values in religion, nationalism, independence, cooperation in various school cultural activities. In addition, there is support in the implementation of character education programs as an enhancer of entrepreneurial character in Ngrukeman Yogyakarta Elementary School students, such as adequate infrastructure and teacher training. This paper concludes that the school culture-based character education program as a strengthening of the civic character of students in elementary schools can be implemented with the cooperation of various parties in the school. The recommendations in this article are to explore further the school culture-based character education program, especially in elementary schools.
This study aims to analyze the culture of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in elementary school students to realize the 2045 golden generation. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, teachers, school committees, and students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the educational environment at the Lempuyangwangi State Elementary School views literacy culture as an activity that is more than just reading books, but also includes a wider scope of literacy such as mathematical literacy and technological literacy. The GLS cultural program consists of writing guidance, activity competitions to visit the library, literacy celebrations, reading halls, reading in the library, and literacy corners. The success of GLS is supported by good cooperation. Cooperation within internal schools, schools with committees and schools with parents of students. Communication forums are established through regular meetings and two-way parent associations. Availability of literate human resources and physical infrastructure that supports GLS culture. Monitoring and evaluation are regularly carried out to see the progress of the GLS culture.
The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts to build the defense of PGSD students through Pancasila Education in Higher Education. The study was carried out in the Department of PGSD Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research with data collection in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study revealed that students of the Department of PGSD Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta have the conception that the defense of the country is no longer through taking up arms, but can be through their professionalism. Besides, there are some characteristics of students in defending the country, namely, maximizing time as a student with useful activities, loving Indonesia, having morals, excellent skills, and having a national insight. The findings of this study also revealed that Pancasila education in Higher Education became an addendum in providing a basis for students' understanding of Pancasila as the basis of the state.
