Purpose: This study aims to empirically prove the research framework regarding the Firm’s Value based on Profitability Ratios associated with Dividend Policy. The firm's Value is measured using a Price-to-Book Value (PBV) Approach. Methods: This study included a sample of 11 firms under the automotive and components sib sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It included data for the period of 2014-2018. This study applied path analysis using the Sobel test of the direct and indirect effects using IBM SPSS 23.0. Results: The study finds that Profitability Ratios has no significant effect on the Dividend Policy, while the Dividend Policy has no significant effect on Firm's Value too. However, the Dividend Policy does not mediate the effect of Profitability Ratios on the Firm's Value. Implications: This study could be extended further by considering all listed firms of IDX which may provide us more insights into the measurement of the financial ratios in the context of Indonesia.
Financial performance can be a future or prospect whose development potential is very good for company growth. Working capital is a separate and fundamental problem that company managers often face in managing equity and assets. In contrast, Receivables, which are part of the working capital component, have a turnaround or cycle related to the sale of commodities, cash flow, and cash receipts. The turnover describes good financial condition. The study population used financial statement data at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk in 2005-2019. The purpose of this research is to specifically examine and prove the measurement of Working Capital and Accounts Receivable Turnover and its impact on Return On Assets empirically. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with Statistic / Data Analysis software STATA MP14 Version. This study indicates that the turnover of working capital and accounts receivable turnover does not increase Return on Assets either partially or simultaneously. The Return On Assets contribution is influenced by 16.88 percent of the Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, and Company Size factors as control variables.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memberi bukti empiris atas pengaruh StrukturModal dan Profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada PT.Mayora Indah, Tbk periode 2011-2017. Struktur Modal menggunakan pengukuran debt-to EquityRatio (DER), Profitabilitas menggunakan pengukuran Return On Asset (ROA) dan Kebijakan Dividenmenggunakan pengukuran dividend payout ratio (DPR). Metode penelitian menggunakan datasekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk serta analisis data menggunakan regresilinier berganda, pengujian asumsi klasik yang meliputi: Uji Normalitas, Multikolinearitas,Heteroskedastisitas serta Uji Autokorelasi, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaStruktur Modal dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap KebijakanDividen.Kata kunci: kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, struktur modal. This study aims to measure the performance of Posyantek as a social organization in community empowerment in Setu District, South Tangerang. This study was designed in a qualitative descriptive type using data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers will use indicators including productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, accountability in measuring the performance of Posyantek. The results obtained that there are still low-performance indicators, i.e. responsibility and accountability indicators. There is always a lack of communication between Posyantek and the surrounding community, which causes some Posyantek programs that are not running well. The insufficient number of Posyantek employees who are proficient in IT also causes the TTG program to be less than optimal. The absence of a standard organizational structure so that the flow of activities, especially TTG, is still not targeted.
