The village as a centre for government services to the community at the grassroots level is the government's principal development priority. This research resulted in the development of an online public service administration system based on open source and utilising a cloud computing method for population administration, moving, business permits, building permits, and letter issuance with ease and efficiency. A literature review of cloud computing technology was conducted, followed by surveys and data collection of information technology infrastructure design that can be applied to online community services, analysis of survey data on real conditions in several community service centres, particularly villages in Kampar Regency, and finally the creation of online community service models from the village, such as f. Using cloud computing technologies and a modular and dynamic development design, the outcome is a web-based village community service administration application system. This application paradigm also incorporates the benefits of open-source patterned apps with flexible system designs for implementation and development, as well as mobile device support to increase community service quality. The web-based network structure allows for online communication not just between villages and communities, but also between villages and sub-districts, and can be accessed using mobile devices at any time and from any location. The application model's development is also based on functionalities of business processes and village administration processes found in Indonesian government legislation. Each model has been tried to be fitted to the community service system and is intended to be integrated to maximise efficiency.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran pelatihan, keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai pada Industri Penyediaan Jasa Telekomunikasi yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek. Variabel bebasnya adalah pelatihan, keterikatan kerja, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek yang bekerja di perusahaan jasa telekomunikasi. Jumlah sampel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, pengujian instrumen data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Kemudian work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Keterlibatan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
Etika dalam pekerjaan menjadi daya tarik baru dan isu untuk diekplorasi lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana peran ethical leadership dan ethical ambiguity dalam mengurangi stres kerja serta dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan membuktikan apakah pemimpin etis mampu mempengaruhi ethical ambiguity, stres kerja dan kualitas kinerja pada industri makanan cepat saji. Sampel pengambilan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 149 karyawan restoran cepat saji yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan Patrial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji kekuatan dari pengaruh antar variabel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pandangan karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan tentang perilaku ethical leadership oleh pemimpin mereka terkait dengan tingkat ethical ambiguity dan stres kerja yang lebih rendah. Ethical ambiguity secara positif berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, yang secara negatif berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan. Ethical leadership yang dirasakan secara positif mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja. Berdasarkan temuan, implikasi disediakan untuk teori dan manajemen, dan arah untuk penelitian di masa depan.

Information and communication technology (ICT) is central to the concept of smart cities because it facilitates the development of policies, decision-making, implementation, and, eventually, the provision of useful services. This review's main objective is to examine how machine learning, deep reinforcement learning (DRL), and artificial intelligence are advancing smart cities. The previous strategies are effectively utilized to provide the best policies possible for a number of challenging issues relating to smart cities. The uses of the earlier methods are thoroughly discussed in this survey. in intelligent transportation systems (ITSs), Cybersecurity, as well as smart grid energy efficiency (SGs), ensuring the best 5G and beyond 5G (B5G) networking service, as well as a smart city with a smart health system, by effectively using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Finally, we list a number of the above-mentioned research problems and potential future directions approaches can be extremely helpful in bringing the idea of a smart city to life.
