Youth Groups Activities of Pesanggrahan village and Kebayoran Lama village, South Jakarta rarely published the mass media. These youth groups crave their activities can be informed to public as their self-actualization. Likewise, people wanted to know their activity. This community service activity aimed to inflame their spirit to share information of issues and problems in the local level around them. Hopefully this can preventing the youths drowned to negatives activities. This training divided into three steps: First, delivering basic journalism, news and article writing technique, journalism photography, online journalism; Second, field practice of citizen journalism thereby this youth groups members can be citizen journalist beside news consumers; Third, to published their work in mass media and social blog. Output of this social partnership program are: First, to publish these youth groups activities in mass media and social blog; Second, youth of these groups have ability to make journalism work starting from news and features which supported with journalist photography to publish in social blog and mass media. Conclusion: These Youth Groups need sustainable assistance, monitoring and evaluation so that their journalism work to be able to published in social blog and mass media continuously. These partners also need idea development to stimulating their creativities in domain of citizen journalism.
West Nias Regency has an enormous potential tourist destination, namely the Hinako Islands which consists of eight beautiful small islands. Yet the limited infrastructure and capacity of human resources have become the obstacle for this potential. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for tourism development strategies in the Hinako Islands to increase local government revenues (PAD) and the welfare of local communities. The research question is how is the strategy of the local government in developing tourism in the Hinako Islands?. This research is a field research, qualitative analytical descriptive type. The primary data of the research were observation and in-depth interviews, also supported by secondary data in the form of documentation and relevant literature studies. This study recommends a tourism development model consisting of 3 elements, namely: 1) West Nias Regency Government as a facilitator to provide tourism facilities and infrastructure; And as a regulator to formulate and enforce tourism business rules for the benefit of the Regional Original Income (PAD) and bring prosperity to local communities. 2) Private, namely existing investors, new investors with an ecotourism pattern, and village-owned enterprises (BUM-Des) to work on the industry in the concept of tourism agromina. 3) Community, to be a friendly host for tourists by providing guarantees for tourist safety, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and providing memorable experiences for tourists. The recommended strategies include strategies for developing tourism destinations, the tourism industry, tourism marketing, and tourism institutions.

Indonesia has 742 languages from 478 tribes, but the language and literature existed in Indonesia today will soon become extinct. Indonesia Government to protect the language and literature established the Agency of Language and Development and Reconstruction under the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to describe the function of public relations of the Agency of Language and Development and Reconstruction in publishing the program of language preservation. The study used concept of public relations functions by Cutlip and Center. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicated the work performance of the public relations of the Agency of Agency of Language and Development and Reconstruction was poor in doing publication. The cause was due to lack of communication with the content providers (Preservation Agency) and content editors (Language Editor). In addition, in bureaucracy, the Public Relations could not directly involve in the language preservation program. The Public Relations department did not participate in the process of drafting, implementing, and evaluating the program.
