Pneumorrachis, defined as the presence of intraspinal air, is a rare
radiographic finding. It is mostly caused by traumatic and iatrogenic
etiologies such as pneumothoraces or pneumomediastinum. Spontaneous
pneumorrachis attributable to degenerative disc disease is an
exceptional condition. We report two cases of radiculopathy caused by
spontaneous pneumorrachis.
