Sendo assim, realizou-se um levantamento do referencial bibliográfico voltado à história da regulação e desregulação aérea no Brasil, destacando-se seus principais pontos e reflexos na gestão das empresas aéreas, para assim fazer-se uma análise do panorama atual do mercado da aviação brasileira.Palavras-chave: aviação brasileira; processos regulatórios; competição; desregulação. AbstRActCompetition between companies in the air transport industry is an important factor that should be taken into consideration when studying the feasibility of opening up the sector to free market competition. Acting in a "predatory" manner may cause airline companies to face severe financial crises, thus contributing negatively to the stability of this sector, which is still struggling to consolidate within the country. Therefore, a survey of the bibliographic references focused on the history of air regulation and deregulation in Brazil was conducted, highlighting the main points and their impact on airline management, in order to produce an analysis of the current situation within the Brazilian aviation market.

The long distance flights around the world are being increase and the way how the medical situations on-board are handled must adapt this increasing. In short flights most part of these situations could be solved by a physician on-board, but himself in a non favorable place and non good conditions could result in a big problem. Telemedicine are pointed as a good tool to help a doctor, or someone trained person to use it, to solve those situations. The cost of telemedicine could be high, but the cost to change the flight plan could be worst, and in some cases could result in a late assistance.
