ABSTRACT<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of imported beef. There are constraints experienced by companies, such demand with supply is not balanced and recording of inventory is still manually by hand. Determination of the inventory is still manually by hand so as to determine how the merchandise will be provided the company must first compare the number of items that came out with a comparison of data before the data is also of recent expenditures.Based on these problems, this research aims to design and build information systems that can assist in data processing and forecasting inventory items for the next month. Web-based information system is built with the Weighted Moving Average method for inventory forecasting process. The data used in forecasting is the last three months of data.The results of this study indicate successful information system designed and built. Based on testing with Black box testing system functionality information obtained is in conformity with the designs. Based on the calculation error last three months weights 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 is obtained MSE (Mean Squared Error) is 0.00834 that shows the smallest value and proper use for forecasting.<br />Keywords: Information Systems, Inventory, Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average<br />ABSTRAK<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi daging import. Terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan antara lain permintaan dengan persediaan tidak seimbang dan pencatatan persediaan barang juga masih manual dengan tulisan tangan. Penentuan persediaan barang itu sendiri masih dilakukan secara manual dengan tulisan tangan jadi untuk menentukan berapa jumlah persediaan barang yang akan disediakan perusahaan harus terlebih dahulu membandingkan jumlah barang yang keluar dengan perbandingan data sebelumnya juga data pengeluaran barang yang baru terjadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data barang dan peramalan persediaan barang untuk bulan berikutnya. Sistem informasi dibangung berbasis web dengan metode Weighted Moving Average untuk proses peramalan persediaan barang. Data yang digunakan dalam peramalan adalah data tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem informasi berhasil dirancang dan dibangun. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan Black box testing didapatkan fungsionalitas sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan rancangan yang dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan error bobot tiga bulan terakhir 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 diperoleh nilai MSE (Mean Squared Error) adalah 0.00834 yang menunjukkan nilai terkecil dan tepat digunakan untuk peramalan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Persediaan, Peramalan, Weighted Moving Average
Balinese script is a part of Balinese culture which is feared to be extinct due to the decrease in its use. This research is one of the efforts to preserve Balinese Script using technology, which focuses on the error analysis of Latin-to-Balinese script transliteration method based on Noto Sans Balinese font. This analysis can be used as a reference for the future improvement to make this method more robust. This research used accuracy testing method to test compatibility result of transliteration produced by the application with 27,506 words contained in the Balinese Language Dictionary. This experiment result shows the accuracy of the application is 54.5%. After the addition of special word and correction on the application algorithm, the result changed to 94%. There is still 6% of other incorrect transliteration because of the various case, related to a word has several different meanings (so different Balinese scripts), and related to the affixed word. In the future work, these 6% incorrect transliteration need to be accommodated to make the recent method more robust.
The existence of regional languages shows an identity of the existence of a tribe. Indonesia has many regional languages, one of which is Balinese with Balinese script as input for the script which comes from Sanskrit. Reading Balinese script requires knowledge of Balinese script and Balinese culture in order to be able to correctly pronounce the written Balinese script. Since learning Balinese script took a long learning process, it certainly causes a slowdown in knowledge about how to read the Balinese script. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can translate Balinese script into a speech so that it can be used in learning the Balinese script without any mistakes in pronouncing vowels. This research designed a system synthesis of Balinese script into a speech with the system synthesis method of Noto Serif Balinese Font which consists of three processes namely text pre-processing, prosody generation, and concatenation. Concatenation or combining speech will use the Pitch Synchronous Overlap Add Method (PSOLA). The result to be achieved in this research is to be able to decompose the Unicode from the Noto Serif Balinese font into a sentence which then this sentence will become a message. In the future, this research can use input from an image to directly enter into speech. Making it easier for users to translate the Balinese script.
